How to make a thread

I apologize for the un-Oddworld-related-ness of this question, but, How Do You Make a Thread? I know I've already made one ("Abe's Expoddition") but I've forgotten in the past two months and I can't figure out how to do it. I've looked through the FAQ and haven't gotten any answers.

Seriously, a question like this should be sent in a PM to a mod, not in Oddworld Q&A. In the forum where you want to create the thread, click the 'New Topic' button.
