How to keep the special power??

In AO you can get a red coloured power which let's you detonate mines on screen.

In Paramonia I have seen a player get the ability and exit that stage (by completing it normally) and keeping the power for the next stage.

How can you do this?

I saw this done in the PC version. I cannot do it in the PSX version. Is it a version difference?

You must mean Shrykull. As far as I know you can only get it at various stages in the game. That player must have been using a cheat or a trainer.

Sorry for my lack of information.

I meant spirit rings. He acquired them and completed the stage. Appeared in main Paramonian Temple (with all the doors etc) and entered a door. He then used the spirit rings in that stage.

I would like to know how this is done, and if it is possible in the PSX version. I cannot seem to do it...

He didn't use a cheat, that's all I know.

1.Enter the top left door of the paramonian temple
2.Play through level until you must go in a well
3.Before you go into the well get spirit rings
Note-there are no bells in this level, so you won't have to chant to posses bells so you keep the spirit rings

I know how to do it. What I mean is this does not work for me using PSX version.

I clearly lose spirit rings after entering the well. I hope someone can try this on their PSX version to test. PC version does not do this.
