The Misadventures of Jesus H. Christ

Hello there. Wow...it's been ages.

Anyway, to the point...I've just started an online flash series entitled "The Misadventures of Jesus H. Christ" and the very first episode is up. I thought you guys would totally dig this.

And for those that remember when I used to post here way back in the day...I was a pretty religious guy. Well, since then I've definitely changed my views, which should make this cartoon I've started all the more interesting to some of you.

I've got it on the myspace...

And also, I have my own website. It's still under construction, so don't mind the unfinished-ness of it.

www.wilkinstothemoon.com

But yeah, feel free to leave comments on there...negative or positive. I honestly enjoy both. Usually when I get a negative comment it means I've offended someone, which makes me a very happy person. And who doesn't like positive comments?

Well, like most religious kids these days, it's really just views passed down from the parents. Upon further inspection of what "I" believed after moving out of my parents house, I came to my own conclusions. Agnostic seems to work well for me.

The toon though...it really was just a chance to explore stories and breathe a little life into characters that never really get the opportunity. This definitely becomes more evident in later episodes. I'm currently working on the second episode now, and already have ones ahead of that written.

Wow, that's quite a change... and not saying being a Christian is bad or anything, but that's quite honourable/commendable, mainly because you were quite avid with your beliefs when you were here previously.

The funny thing, all the questions Jesus poses to God in this episode are actually questions I use to ask religious leaders and they never had an answer for me.

But yeah...on the surface it may look like I'm just outright bashing religion altogether, which I somewhat am, but the main focus is really these characters and exploring questions no one really wants to.
