Paramonia Temple

Well, I don't know what happened to me... now I'm locked at Paramonia Temple I'm completing the game by the 26th time.
What happened to my mind! I don't remember how to complete each door.
Could you give some tips? Please....

Well I don't quite remember those 2 but my advice keep trying. Eventually you will get it right.
I need to play some Abe's Oddysee again.

Door 3 (upper left of the two you circled)
Go to the left to make the Paramite follow you, then kill it using the floor buttons and the falling rocks, then go back to the left to get the bell song. Go to the far right, quickly run and jump to get to the flintlock, then run back to the left. Go to the left side of the platform the exit is on, or you’ll get crushed.

Door 6 (bottom right)
Climb up to get the bell song, then go to the platform above to pull the lever. You’ll trigger a rolling rock. Just run away, no need to jump; you’ll grab hold of the edge of a platform and the rock will bounce harmlessly past you. Now you can go back and pull the lever that activates the well.

The rock will have killed a Paramite, so now you can reach the well safely, go in it, and activate the flintlock. Come back, make sure you have some meat, then climb back down. Throw the meat on the ground, then quickly run to the exit to the left. The Paramites will be preoccupied with the meat.
