I'm trying to a think of something to contradict that, just cos I can't stand that sort of sound-bite absolute... but unfortunately I can't, so I'm gonna just have to admit that's correct.
Though we've still got to remember there are levels to this: taking the classic example, there's a world of difference between the 'expense' of laughing at a donkey eating a fig and someone laughing at an act of infanticide.
Besides, it's like saying ANYTHING is at the expense of something. It's a nonsense. Isn't it?
