Okay, Zav, here's my attempt at Vykkers...
Vykkers probably lived in family groups in the wild, as their intelligence and grouped senses would be useful in spotting predators.
Like goats and sheep, they only have lower teeth at the front of the jaw, and have a hard pad at the top, and they are primarily herbiverous, with a bulky digestive system to compliment this, as can be seen in their rather bulbous body's, particularly lower down.
The Vykker's would have used their legs to curl round and get a grip on branches in the tree's they live in, using their sharp multiple claws to reach and shear food and manipulate twigs.
A social rank may have existed among the groups, due to their obviously high intelligence in their large head. Much of this is still occupied with senses, likely smeel and hearing, and partially eyesight, but their's is not the best around. The head size and the large head itself may have been used, as well as sound messages, as signals, possibly as courtship and rank within the group (even though a Vykker may breed with itself under certain circumstances, tehy egnerally would have got together with others for the mixing of genes so that evolution can occur).
The Vykker's now known delight in cruelty and sick and twisted behaviour may have been derived from an orginal instinct for cutting up their 'prey' plants, as opposed to living creatures, so that under impulse, they tear and shred their food with their front claws, causing it apparent pain and mangling it to aid in digestion. This mecanism may have helped in self defense against predators also, for the good of the group, and if a few die, the others are still their and may benefit from extra proteins from different food.
I think that worked quite well, don't you? Particularly since I generally start it off in my head. Also, I don't know whether Vykker's actually Do have top teeth or not, but only their bottom teeth stick out and other stuff, so there's where THAT came from.
Any more requests will be welcomed ^^
