Well for starters, read the rules of all fourms. And second of all, place topics in the right fourms. Just for starters.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you mean how do you become a recognized member then just simply post meaningful material. And please try to work on grammar. Thankyou.

Hey, what's up and welcome. Just fritter away time browsing around the forums and posting on whatever sounds interesting. And, like that guy said, read the guidelines thingy.

Well howdy there!!! I beez Abeguy! and I agree, keep your threads in the right forum and on a rather tight leash, or they run away and get off topic. and sometimes get it on with other topics and the babies are freaks, except for my fan fic, its quite beautiful.

Post things about Oddworld.
And if you don't know what Oddworld is...then just post on the Off-Topic forum.

Well the best thing to do is to start off by posting nothing but really dull, boring opinions on things that don't contain anything controversial or potentially rulebreaking. Basically keep a low profile, and don't rub anybody's fur the wrong way until you've got enough experience and favour under your belt to make statements with some authority. Keep doing this for about 6 months, then start to agree with the moderators often, appear to consider them your friend, try to copy their tone, get them to like you by taking their side in arguments. After about a month of that, you should find out what the moderator's hotmail addresses are, and add them to your MSN. Talk to them often on MSN in a really friendly way, and when mentioning things on the forum, only talk about things you know they agree with. Also it might help to have Rex Tirano, Aquatic Ambi, and anyone else who appears to be favoured by the moderator team. 6 months later talk to some of the moderators over msn about moderating the forum of your choice. Give it a few days and you'll be a moderator!

Then all you need to do, is see about getting admin panel access. Once you've done that, you can lock out all the admins, change all the access passwords and email address, delete all the posts, and delete the backups. Huzzah! That'll teach that easily stereotyped modsquad for being so silly!

Welcome to owf.

Welcome to the OWF hun. Just be yourself and have some fun. ^_^ I'll see you around.

yesh. have me. i am teh forum sloot. i know ppl only sleep w/ me to get mor poopular but i willy like the attention. i mean, like, yeah. sleep w/ me plzzz?! ive been free of ne infections for almost five whole months. wow! rexy and i sometimes do tag team events if ur really adventurous! omg!

Hah, oh how I will miss Dino and his punches below the belt towards me and how I date an Admin. At least Rexy and I got to experience one together before it was too late! Let's always cherish this moment together. For the last time, I will defend myself and make things crystal clear in saying sure, already knowing someone on the forums did make joining a little easier. It's like getting a job with a good reference. However, it also made joining a little more difficult. If you're dating a respected member, everyone expects you to live up to some pretty high standards. I'd never been a member of a forum before, so I had no idea what I was doing. I worried everyone would be disappointed in me.

Fortunately, I think it's safe to say I settled in pretty well. Thus, not being banned and having to get sucked into a cycle of creating multi account after multi account like some people.

Um...

Hi, Razor! No need to apologize for being new and inexperienced. We've all been there. Just take some time to get acquainted with the rules and jump in any discussions that you like.
