He clearly stated earlier to refer to his fanfic, "Dark Hood and Dragadon Explore Scrabania". It'll make more sense if you read his fic.

Yeah, I'm the odd one out in our group of four. It isn't just my gender (which I can't help and don't want to), it's the fact that I suck at drawing anything by hand, and haven't written an Oddworld fic yet. One is in planning, and I am handy with a mouse and MS Paint as shown here. I guess it's my own bad luck that I'm the odd one out. Oh well, I have three good friends, and I couldn't care less if I was the odd one out or not.
