Stranger Christmas Card!

Yay! I got my Stranger card today! Thank you OWI!

Now...I'm not going to include a scan of the card. That wouldn't be fair, because I want the people across the country and overseas to be surprised when they get their card. The only reason I got my card early is because I live fairly close to OWI.

I can tell you all one thing though...it's blue.

Anyway, when we all get our cards we can...err, talk about it and be all happy.

Though I agree, I don't want it to be spoiled for me. Although, blue? Seem out of touch with the recent shades of yellow, brown, orange and red we've had going on with the Western themes. Still, I can't wait

How'd you guys get the ODI card?

A few years back you could register on the OWI website to be a part of the Rehab & Tea club.

I'm guessing now that the only way to get into it now is to email alf with your details (inc address of course) alf@oddworld.com

I got mine today while I was at home sick. Very nice once more as always and a big round of applause for OWI. Especially being hand signed by good ol Alf himself. It's nice to be remembered when your having a really awful day and week.

And I thought the blue was a very nice touch this year it fits with the picture.

Got mine Sunday, but I think it came on Saturday.

Really like the card, especially the stuff in the background, which gives the card a fitting mood.

Also, I really like how OWI is devoted enough to do this every year. Don't know of any other game companies as devoted to their fans as OWI is.

Wow, I've never got a card from a game company before, or even a company, sure I've got leflets and stuff, but a card is a nice personal touch. I just want to say a really big thank-you to everyone at Oddworld Inhabitants for taking the care to do this, especially since they are signed by what looks "Alf"! great stuff, love it.

I got mine ages ago. Really pleased that it's actually signed, and not printed with a signature. Makes it worth much more when I eventually flog it for far more than it's worth on ebay.

Esus, I believe there's been an Oddworld Holiday Card every year since December 1996, though obviously they weren't sent out to fans at that point, there being another nine months until Odd Friday at that point.
