Mad VP Aslik problem

Hey, I'm knew. How are ya?

So my problem is with Abe's Exoddus. I've got to the Executive offices and I have to possess Vice President Aslik to open the third lock to the Soulstorm Brewery at FDPIIC07. When I cross over to the screen where the glukkon is, he's just standing still. Once I possess him I can't move. If I press a number to speak he'll only twitch but won't make a sound. If I press a number followed by a directional button I can make him change the way he faces, but he won't move. If I press a number followed by a jump, he'll collide with the wall and he disappears. If I press the possess button (but don't kill him) he reappears but I can't get any further. If I do kill him I go back to Abe and get killed by gas. Had anyone ever heard of this problem? I haven't had any up until this. Thanks in advance for your efforts. Ta!

Hmmm, sounds like your game has a problem. I'd clean my disc and try again. If the problem persists, I'd get a new game. ebay is your friend!

Wow...I was oh so helpful.

Aye, as Oddguy said give your disc a clean, and try again. If theres no scratches/doesn't fix, then its an unfortunate problem :\ (If you don't want to buy a new game, just do the skip segment cheat. Just look on gamefaqs.com.(if you don't mind missing out a small chunk of VicePresident Aslik's stuff). < /end cheating>

Hope this helped at all!

The problem with using the skip path cheat, of course, is that there are ten Mudokons at the end of that path that won't get rescued unless you go through the level properly.

But if that's what you decide to do, maybe you could go through that level again - it is possible from the FeeCo hub area. Maybe it will work for you, and you'll be able to rescue them.

um, I dont know about pc games, but in my PSX version of AE if you skip a path, it will automatically substract mudokons from your counter, and maybe even add some to the casuality counter. whenever I did it and I was over 150 mudokons, it would go as far as making sure I had under 150, even if I already had all 300 mudokons.
