Ummm On Munch's Oddysee, i finished the game with Good Quarma but not perfect.... On a lot of sites it says 'When you have Angelic Quarma, you get a little extra treat' what is that treat? As I finished the game and saw the video with the muds loading the eggs, abe telling munch 'now we gonna get your gabbiar' and then the auction and then vykkers labs blowing up..is there anything more in the Angelic Quarma video?

what do the newspaper and screen consist of? I remember I got a newspaper showing the Lulu fund bankrupt and Lulu with a wooden bodysign saying 'Lulu fund, please help' and a screen talking about Good Quarma and saying 'but ya didnt save 'em all didja?'

except the results for the abe games are those for the PS. The ones for the pc are different - particularly in AO where you get to see all the FMVs but not the guardian angel one mentioned.

Hmm, well I imagine it's easier to get the PC screenshots, as there's an entire key on the keyboard devoted to such a task. Are the screens really that different?

One thing i would of liked to see at end of MO would be a different ending for perfect karma i didnt do it for that but i would of liked somthing more. Instead of the good karma ending.

You mean an entirely different FMV? So the Vykker Auction wasn't good enough for you?

Seriously though, the FMVs take months to make so just adding one more would screw up the whole timeline and budget. Plus it would confuse things if the game ended differently. Generally we approach sequels as if the good ending was the only one that happened. If there was a new 'perfect' ending, which would be the one to continue the larger plot?

Personally I like the way they did it, with the new newspaper to extend the plot slightly (as in you didn't just win but you screwed up the industrial economy as well) but not change it.

The perfect quarma would carry on to the next game - it always does. Abe rescued 99 fellow slaves from RuptureFarms, remember, not just 63.

It'd be cool if OWI could plan a different movie for perfect quarma. I understand it'd be that much more work, but it'd extend the longevity of the game that much, as people would be more encouraged to play through the game many times. Multiple endings would be very lovely.

I know that it is A VERY LONG drawn out process making an fmv but what people have said is correct people would play through it so much more to get perfect karma. and i didnt mean a different fmv all together i meant a little something extra for compleating it perfectly. o and i appoligies for my bad spelling.

Yeah mabey like a little thing that shows what info is coming for the next game, or show what OW ringtones you can get and how on your moble, or wallpaper.

The trouble with giving hints about the next game is that they so often get ruined. The perfect ending for Abe's Exoddus results in the Weirdos hinting that Abe will find out about Sam in Munch's Oddysee. What they said isn't incorrect, in terms of continuity, but the insinuation just kind of backs OWI into a corner.

And then, of course, had the end of MO hinted that the next game would be ME, then people would be even more bemused by the appearance of Stranger. It's a wonderful idea, but one that keeps proving unsuccessful... Sadly.
