Arrow Request for sim city 4 review!

So has anybody actually played or brought the game? Is it worth $89.95? Is it similar to the sim city games before it but just better graphics and new designs or has the whole concept changed?

Yup i got the game.

Everything is changed...

1. Firstly, the graphics is totally unbelievable, when i changed from sim city 2 to 3 i thought 3 was pretty amazing. But when i played sim City 4, the game is like architect graphics. Everything is so real.

2. Secondly, the game invovles more strategy now. Before in sim city 3, i would just built alot of dense residential to get huge income. But now, you need to build medium density and stuff. Its harder to earn income too. Also you need to slowly chang the medium density to high density. You need to calculate where all the zones and public services are too.

3. Thirdly, there is disasters which are very fun killing your sims

Anyways its a good game overall, but after you fill up the whole map which took me a while, its pretty impressive seeing your city at work. ^^

I have it, I don't really like it. Pretty boring.

Why is it 80 bucks? It should be like $30 by now.

Its only fifty I think. My friend let me borrow it because my oldest brother loves the sim city games. The graphics are awesome but Josh is right it involves a lot more strategy this time around. If you have a fairly decent computer with a good graphics card the game will run really smooth. We have to update my computer so it looks and runs good like my friends computer.

I also am looking forward to the rush hour expansion pack whenever it comes out.
