Has anyone noticed in AE (Slig Barracks), in one of the screens where a Bomb Machine is, that in the background it looks as if there is water/ocean kind of place?

I'm not joking, but it looked really like water. If I get the time I'll go back to the Slig Barracks and get a screen shot. I also do know that the Oddworld Map shows that the Slig Barracks is no where near water.

Sligs in my opinion are not poor poor things. In fact, they are probably pretty happy with themselves. And also, I don't think(but im not the oddworld expert) sligs are naturally mean. I don't really think anything really is. But they are born to be security guards for glukkons and are told to be harsh on slaves and stuff. I think, that if a slig were born, but was looked after by muds, then the slig wouldn't be so cold and sadistic. That's just my view.

exactly but some sligs don't like being ordred around and maybe a group of sligs are just waiting for for the tides to be right so maybe then they can REALLY hold gunpoint to a gullkon but not for a better work place but so they can be the capo,the BIG cheese,the head honcho,and simply put THE BOSS.

well if a Glukkon accord some power at a Slig Maggie will imediatly notice it and will punich that glukkon (kill em maybe) and will surely send the revolted sligs to skillya (and we all know what will happen then)

I think sligs are poor things but don't realise it. True they're treated badly, but to them this is how its always been since they were born. On the plus side they get pants and face masks but if they DIDN'T work at the Glukkons factories they wouldn't get any of this. So YES they are poor things but don't realise it and never will.

Sligs weaponry and pants are standard issue. They are trained to use them in the slig barracks. Dont know if anybody has noticed this, but there is actually a wind tunnel in the barracks! The sligs don't get payed BTW, they get a cool job, a gun, pants, food and somewhere to sleep in return for what they do. You would be suprised at how appealing climbing up the ranks can be...

why wouldn't they buy their own ammo? and I think the jealousy of the sligs is a systhem to make them buy bigger and bigger guns
