I assume you're meaing an Oddworld Forums Administrator.
The only Administrators are myself and Sydney. We run Oddworld Forums along with our sites, Oddworld-Web and Oddworldian.
Running the forums involves designing it, implementing all of the hacks/alterations to UBB to give us the customizations we need, maintaining, and ensuring that the forums are trouble free.
We don't forsee any new Administrators in the near future.
