MO help

I'm a little new to the game and have been working with it a little but I am stuck on the level MEEP HERDER VILLAGE and was wondering if someone could help me out. I got past all the slogs and don't know how to get over to Lulu. Abe can jump the divider but can't throw anyone over from what I have tried. Any help would be appreciated.
