I don't know if fantasize is really the correct word... I fantasize about being with my boyfriend Pilot!!! I have already had the pleasure of meeting Lorne Lanning, but I do have a very strong ambition to work at Oddworld. In fact it is one of my life dreams. I have already sent my resume off to Oddworld Inhabitants in the hope that something suitable will become available in the near future.

Yes, I do. I only discuss them with a certain person however, unless the need arises to post the thoughts on the forums.

I don't know abuot comparing, but I can certainly see traits of Oddworld characters in other people, and more so if they are obvious (i.e. a greedy billionaire is like a Glukkon).

Seeing that I am no longer at school, that's probably not relevant to me. But I wouldn't do something that I'm not interested in or didn't like. And I believe that I do already have the skills I need to hopefully make that dream come true.

Yes. Actually, I have done so before. I remember paying $70US for a e3 promo booklet, which had some images that we hadn't seen online before.

I can't say that I would do that, as I enjoy other games. But if there were a choice of other games and Oddworld, I would choose Oddworld without a doubt.

Like Kristen said, I'm not sure if 'fantasise' is the right word;I tend to think of something else when I hear that word! I don't think I have the right side of mindset to work in a games studio, so no to the latter. I would like to meet Mr Lanning, though.

I wasn't aware that Oddworld had songs. Apart from Get Freaky, which has a nice video but I don't think is very good as a song; I prefer more chillouty music like Fluke or JM Jarre.

1- I don't know if I would call it fantasizing... but yes I would love to meet Lorne, Sherry and the OWI crew. I think I would get along well with him since I love the oddworld universe so much and he is the guy who created it.

3- Honestly I don't know. I am always humming, tapping and generally making "music" all of the time. Most people think it's annoying. I wouldn't be surprised if a oddworld song pops in there once in while.

I'd love to meat, er, I mean meet Lorne Lanning and visit the OWI studios. As a select few people know, I have high hopes for working there later in life. But I recognise that I've got a fair way to go before that day comes.

I used to when I first got Munch's Oddysee, but then I realised I was getting used to them. Now I try to limit my viewings to about once a month to keep them fresh and interesting. I also make sure to watch them in order, too.

Under my breath? As long as nobody can hear me, I throw spittle everywhere recreating the metal sounds of the Slig Barracks soundtrack. I even put it down on paper in graphic notation.

I haven't really a need to any more. I used to at my last school, but nobody could see past the hilareous flatulence. So I moved school. While Abe is generally considered quite a sweet (as in cool, not as in adorable) character at my current school, people there just aren't the sort of people to be amazingly interested in Oddworld. Which is fine.

However, I have been grafittiing pictures of Abe and Munch on Mr James's whiteboard. He hasn't caught me in the act, but I have moved on to simply writing 'splat' all over it.

I surely would. I'd also keep it top secret if Lorne asked me to, and share it freely if he let me. I'd happily pay to go to America just to visit OWI (but I'm not so single-minded as to not visit other great places around the same area) if only I had enough money.

Oddworld is the only computer game I actaully interested in, having finally decided Crash Bandicoot was getting rather dull and childish. So while I never play anything except Oddworld, I'd never do anything that could seriously upset so many people.

Don't worry Alf. I assure you that at least one person on the forums has a life outside of oddworld (me) and I'm guessing most everyone else here does too. Between playing soccer, running to death in track, finishing homework and all the other things that keep me busy it is a wonder I have time for video games at all. I have a very good life, with lots of friends. I like Oddworld, but I am not in an Oddworld cult or anything, if ya know what I mean. I enjoy mountain biking, computer animating, hanging out with friends, running, drawing, and claymation. I like video games, but I have some kind of life in the real world.
