Oddworld helpful glitches

Hey i was playing abes oddysee and i found this really helpful glitch
what you have to do is stand 3 step away from the edge of the screen (i think its 3) and then you jump towards the edge of the level and you should go invisible but stay on the same screen, once you have done that you become invulnerable to slig bullets and can easily posess the slig

you can use this to help you alot of times and i was just wondering i any of you hae found a helpful (or really funny) glitch

Also on which level and part is this?
I dont really do glitches but if its helpfull I will try it on my PC!
I remember a really annoying glitch that really pissed me of.
I think it was the scrab secret part on the stockyard escape level.
Sometimes the mudokon would run into a wall, fall over, get back up and start running again and wouldn't stop running, so it was stuck in a running loop, so I had to do that bit all over again!

Anyway, I've always tried to perform that glitch with the mudokon but I've never successfully managed to do it. I seen a speedrun of the PC version once where the player simply hopped passed every single one.
