I've been using it on my windows 7. Basically, all I did was go to:
Start>>
Control Panel>>
Hardware and sound>>
Under devices and Printers, click Mouse>>
Click on the "Pointers" tab>>
And for each pointer selected, click "browse" and go into the "Desktop Theme" Folder which you downloaded, and select the pointer which matches the default one.
As for the sound, just go into Control Panel again,
Click Hardware and Sound again>>
Under Sound, click "Change system sounds"
and it's pretty much the same as the pointers. For each sound highlighted, try to match it in the Desktop Theme folder by clicking "browse". There isn't a custom sound to match every default sound but it's just the important ones.
