25! Days till Christmas!!

Yes! It turned the 1st of Demember half an hour ago (GMT)! So, what I want to know is, what are you guys gonna be doing for Christmas? I'll be getting a digicam using the money I got for Christmas, and using the rest of the money to pay up for all the Christmas pressies that I'll be giving my friends. As for Christmas Day itself, I'll probably go off and visit my sister for a drink or two, and then go over to Mactus's for a bit, then go back home and come on here to talk to you guys. Being non-religios, I don't celebrate Christmas as much as most people do. I just find it as an excuse to celebrate something.

Yay! 25 more days. I think I'll just stay at home and relax. If I get over 50$, then I will buy me a new game or my Xbox. I'm using the money I have now on presents for my family.

Hmmm. . . Now that's a good idea, Syd. I might do the same as well. Being a vegetarian, I won't have any turky or any meat for christmas meal. As a matter of fact, I'll just be having tuna suprise or something similar.

I probably won't do anything interesting as nothing interesting happens Xmas day...just open present, play with them, eat, sleep.

Top of my Xmas list was WipEout Fusion, but since it's now been put back to Feb 2002, I've asked for Jak And Daxter instead, so I'll probably spend most of my holiday playing that.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't particularly like turkey (too dry; chicken is nicer). My dad, however, loves cooking, and he spends most of Christmas day in the kitchen cooking a good old-fashioned traditional English Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, but we never want to eat it. We've told him many times that we'd all rather just have a pizza, but no.
I think I'll buy a small one-person pizza for myself, cook it in the oven and eat that instead to prove my point.

Also on my list, I've asked for plain white T-shirts and lots of fabric paint, so I can paint my own designs onto the shirts. I've copied out lots of WipEout designs off the net and off the game manuals, so I'll probably end up spend a lot of the holidays making paper stencils and decorating T-shirts.

I only don't eat animals, not because I hat meat, but because the way they are treated and kept before slaughter, and the slaughter process itself is wrong. At least fish are free, and don't suffer until they are caught. To be honest, I'd rather suffocate to death then go through the painful slaughter process of the slaughter house. . .

I will be getting a CD-writer for Crimbo, as for the rest, I prefer surprises to knowing what I'm going to get. If we know what we're going to get, we may as well all just buy ourselves presents...

I will probably be eating vegetarian sausages or something, because the rest of my family all eat meat, and my mother can never be bothered to cook a special meal just for me, so she just sticks a few vegetarian sausages under the grill... which is fine by me, since I love them!

I used to be a Fish Vegetarian, but I recently stopped eating fish too. I am a vegetarian for ethical reasons, mainly [although I also know that it is far more efficient to grow crops than to raise livestock], but I stopped eating fish for health reasons, which I won't go into here because it would be very off-topic. If anybody wants, I'll post a new topic about it...
