I'm no techhead, but in order to use one of biggest selling points of the PS3 you'd need to buy an HMDI cable, which will cost another 40 to 100 dollars, depending on size and availability. You know, even though I think Nintendo's library is usually pretty shallow compared to Sony's I think I might get Nintendo's console, 2 or 3 extra controllers, 7 or 8 games for it, and tell Sony to piss off.
Edit: Okay, the article is totally wrong about those prices, you can get a good cable for like a tenth that after shipping, but still. Paying 600+ dollars for the thing and it won't even work out of the box is putting a sour taste in my mouth.
