Not long ago we got a digital camera. Because it's much easier to use than the scanner (and more reliable), it means that I get to put my artwork on the computer and, by extension, get to show it to all of you.
Before I start, there are some things to make clear. One, I won't be updating this regularly, but because this is the school holidays here, and because I'm not posting it all first up, I might for a few weeks. Maybe. Two, I mostly sketch. I don't like painting or using the computer, just a pencil and an eraser, so what I generaly will put here is the finished product. Someone else wants to continue with it, though, that's fine by me.
And that's it, I suppose. Now I start putting up the pictures.
This is one I did about two and a half years ago, in an art class. We were all given books to draw from, the target, as it was, being animals, so that we could later make clar models. The plan for this is on the right hand side of the picture. I actually made two, one really small and not baked, just a plan, now lives on my bookshelf with both ears broken off, and the other, final copy is at my dad's work desk, in what I understand is good health. I didn't trace it, I copied it.
This is one I did while bored one night sometime in the last twelve months. To do that, I made reference to the Strangers Wrath Manual picture, wild thudslugs and thudslugs in the crossbow, and drew up what I thought was the best blend of the three. It took a while to get the shape right, which is the problem I usually have when drawing.
My riotslug was done the same way, and mostly on the same night, I think. This shape was difficult to do as well.
