Oddworld Guy I Made Up
This is an Oddworld character I made up.
Name: Spaz
Species: Twik
Suffers from: ADD, OCD, obsessive paranoia, mental instability.
I know the drawing sucks. I did it in pen because I hate using pencils (just a thing of mine), so I made some undelible mistakes. But basically, the elements of his design came from these reasons:
The goatee - All crazy/paranoid people have them (that's not to say that all people with goatees are crazy)
The kneepads - He's very nervous, so he does what he can to avoid accidents.
The big, twitchy eyes - He's always on the lookout for people trying to steal his brain and use it as a fuel source.
The wings - Those are there to help make him a bit different from the other Oddworld characters. He uses them to fly, and sometimes wraps them around himself for protection (although it doesn't work very well).
The feet - I set his big toe farther away from his other toes so that he could grab on to things with them (branches, etc.)
The big gloves - To make sure he doesn't touch any contaminated objects.
