Because of the general conscription I've to go to army soon. So I'll be off for at least 9 months, don't know if I can visit this forum during this time. I'll try. This is a very good and nice community in my opinion, hopefully it will grow in near future

I'll miss this forum ;|

I wasn't aware Germany had forceable conscription. I know Iran (among other Middle Eastern nations) does, but Germany, that's certainly news to me. Have fun, and I take it you harbour no ill feelings towards your Government? If I were living in Germany, I'd probably see it as being normal.

Besides, I might end up in the Defence Force anyway

I wanted to join the Army, but that was becuase I listend to Jamelia's "I can see it through a boys eyes"

Sorry to see you go, but one question; what happens after 9 months?
Are you in some type of ready reserve or the like? That beats the hell out of the two years active and five reserve we had to do at one time here.

I got some vacation, yay

Some news about me - if someone's interested -
I joined the navy and we were on a NATO exercise for the last three months. A couple of countries seen and living / working on the sea enjoyed

From January to May we'll go on a tour to South Africa and Brazil.

But what about the oddworld? What are the news 'n rumours?
