Chapter 51 The War!

Once again the thresh of power pushed Silak to the wall of the cave as Trilas laughed.

"You can't be serous my glukken friend! You can't defeat me!" laughed Trilas. I am devine with this, and you are nothing!"

As Silak scrambled to his feet Trilas suddenly grabed him and lifted him off the ground by his scarf that was around his neck.

"Tell me glukken. Why are you here? Why do you seek this power? You can't with hold it!" as he laughed and threw Silak to the ground again. Silak once again got him self back up and charged Trilas, but Trilas took the relec and pushed him back into the cave wall once again.

"Why do you resist your demise glukken? It is useless!"
Trilas then took his lasor rope and held Silak in place.

"You know glukken, there are ways to make you talk! Sadistic ways!"

As he grabed a small cage filled with sand. There was something moveing around in the sand that made Silak scared. Trilas took his knife and reached into the small cage.

"This glukken, is my pet! A sand cleech! They are carniverous little buggers."

As he stured the sand inside the cage, the creature grabed hold of Trilas's knife. And then Trilas cut the creature with little offspring emerging from the wound. grabbing 2 of the creatures offspring and putting them into a small helmet.

"These offspring as you see here, enter through the ears wrapping themselves around your central nervous system. Causeing pain and nightmares! Later as they, grow inside you. They consume you from within followed by... death!"


Trilas took the helmet and placed it on Silak's head. The little creatures began to craw up his face spitting acid by his ear and entering. Silak was in pain.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"Now glukken thats better, tell me why do you seek this? And tell me where can I find your friends?" as he laughed at him

Meanwhile our heroes were gathering in the center of the Vykker Kingdom. As Lazlo spoke to them.

"friends of Oddworld, creatures of all races. We sit on the brink of extermination and war. There is a threat brewing in the dark underworld of Clorn. We need to take a stand! take your staffs and battle for freedom!"

"Who will defeat Clorn? He is too powerful!" said one of the Alpha Sligs.

"Zin is the chosen one who shall take him on!" replied Lazlo.

"Zin? Just how will he do it?"

"He will attempt to retrieve the relec by seeking Clorn by himself and only he shall open it at the top of the Great Oak over the Gabbit falls of the great river!" explaned Lazlo.
"Where as Kluna along side with Kleek will lead you into combat."

"The alpha gabbits has formed a water resistence Lazlo!" replied Blunk

"Me Junk yaks and I will take the roads to the beaches and take them on from the north!" said Wheely

"And Kluna and I shall mount onto our Alpha elums and lead the ground asaught through the jungles and swamps!"

"And we the Vykkers shall take to the skies for areal combat! The war is here and Zin is our only hope!"

As they all cheered with honor the sun was being hidden by the moon and the clouds grew black. The sky grew red as our heroes looked upward. And the voice of Clorn trembled the skies.

"Sub creatures you tremble with fear as I will conqure you all!"

"Zin go now seek Clorn and seek the relec, HURRY!"

"But Kluna, will he be ok?"

"He will be fine!" Go!"

Zin then mounted onto his Elum and left into the wilderness leaving his many friends behind. For the battle has come. But what he dident know is the very fact Silak was alive but in trouble!

Chapter 52 The Resistence

A fog rose in the morning air as mist hid the great swamps and jungles of the lost Continent. There was a deep silence in the air. A peacefulness that was as calm as the sea during a beautiful day. A flock of birds flew out of the area as an Alpha Elum steped out of the mist with Kluna mounted to it. He stoped for a second and stared forword into a small field shrouded in sunlight. He moved forword with confidence. Following him, hundreds more mounted, moved out of the fog into the field. Above, flew hundreds of Vykker winged gliders all headed into the same direction. And that was The fortress of Clorn. The sounds of the drum filled the forest with a mighty beat. As the armies of goodness crossed the land. In the river the Alpha gabbits too were moveing towards the sea up stream carrying with them their harpoons and submersibles. Some rideing in strange boats and others swimming. On the trail the Junkyaks rolled gracefully led by Wheely. They too were headed to the same place.


Soon the entire Northern sides of the mountains were surrounded by this great resistence. Meanwhile Zin was approaching the Volcano. He looked up scared to death of his task at hand as Silak faced Trilas.

Suddenly a crash of thunder filled the skies and once again the skies grew dark. The moon hid the sun and the resistence stoped. As Silak was faceing his foe. A sudden thresh of energy pushed him to the ground. Weaken from Trilas's blows, he wasan't going to give up anytime soon.

"Like I said Glukken, I am devine!"

"I will not give up Trilas until it is mine!" said Silak

"So you wish not to give up eh? Well then, aint that a pitty!" laughed Trilas.

With a grin on Trilas's face the power of the relec surged through Silak pushing him deeper into the darkness of the cave. By now
Silak knew his odds were pretty bad and that he was pretty baddly beaten. But he knew that his plan was beginning to work. He was smart. He prevented the Cleech offspring to enter his body by useing his psycic power known as buzzing. But he used it slightly un noticed so that the cleech offspring would die. Lucky for Silaks's sake it worked. But now he had to act as if he were affected So that Trilas would suspect nothing.

chapter 53 A Forbidden truth!

The land was shrouded in darkness to the south do to the evil of Clorn. As the great armies set camp on the northern sides of the mountains sorrounding the volcano.

"Indeed we can't go into the south so quickly Kluna we have to wait. The air is a poison it self. They're things Of Clorns evil that make the dark Mud look harmless. We must wait until we get a signal from one of the Vykker scouts. Then and only then we shall attack." explaned Kleek

"I am worried about Zin. Will he be ok? asked Kluna. I should have gone with him into the south."

"Zin will be ok. My friend, you are a great leader to us and we thankyou. But Zin must open the relec to send Clorn into the other planes. So that his rain of power will no longer exist. We will be victorious! I promise you that!" explaned Kleek.

"But what of Silak, he is dead? isnt he?"

"We all hope not but the chances are grim. Silak was a friend and I prey he is still alive. For where he is, I fear!" said Kleek.

Meanwhile Silak was being beaten By Trilas in the cave. With a sudden punch at Silak's face he went flying to the ground.

"UHHHHH!" cried Silak as he landed to the ground.

"Not only the relec gives me imortality but also it gives me incredable strength glukken!" laughed Trilas

"I wish he would shut the hell up!" said Silak.

"Give me the relec Trilas!"

"Never!"

He got himself up again and charged him as more power pushed him to the ground.

"You better stop this because it is useless! Give it up Silak! If you keep this up you will go the way of the Gargaznoo!"

"What does a Gargaznoo have to do with this?"

"Don't you know they were the mysterous race who once ruled this land by creating this relec in the first place! But obvieously there idea of power has certainly back fired on them. And of course you know the rest of the ancient tale. You my glukken friend will join them in extinction!" laughed Trilas.

"Power? The Gargaznoo did not know their mistake and you the dark muds took that power from them a long time ago and created Clorn! You should be hung for such a deed! They were a people who wanted a just rule but you striped them to extinction by creating your own god from the relec!" explaned Silak

"Ah but the power was ours my glukken friend! You don't know what really happen those many generations ago do you? We were created through the relec by the Gargaznoo. But we were primative and barbarec. The Gargaznoo were power hungry like we were. But at the time they were a dieing race. They wanted to rule Oddworld but they couldent. So they created the relec by forging the sacred power crystals from all over this continent into one. By doing this they created the ultimate weapon. The Omega Relec. The Gargaznoo felt like gods so we were born to serve the Gargaznoo and to be their weapon. We were born from the relec in the image of the Mudokin, because The Gargaznoo knew the Mudokin were the perfact race to replicate because Mudokins are strong in numbers. So the relec created us but strikeingly different to the normal Mudokin of Mudos as you know!

"But their idea of power was indeed turned onto them. As one of the dark muds was power hungry himself. Kind of like me! He stole the relec and became powerful. The Gargaznoo began to fear this Dark Mud for he was devine with power. Then one day this Dark Mud became one with the relec and transformed himself into the ultimate evil. A god was born, an evil god who destroyed the weak Gargaznoo and brought fear over this continent of Salis. As the Dark Muds took over he proclaimed himself master and now we were the powerful race. Lets just say that the Gargaznoo didn't see their own power bring them into extinction! You want to know who was that Dark Mud? For that Dark Mud who became powerful with the relec was no other than Clorn.

"Now you see my glukken friend why I want this power." said Trilas.

"Trilas you cannot become a god like what Clorn is! You are mad!"

"Your wrong Silak! Clorn will no longer rule Salis as I will take his place!" laughed Trilas.

Then as Silak looked at him he was raged with anger.

"You were born of the relec and you shall die by the relec!" As Silak charged him.

Chapter 54 The comming storm!

Zin approached the Volcano upon his Alpha Elum. He was scared to death for he knew his destany. As he was tieing his Alpha Elum to a small tree a low rumble of thunder filled the skies, it began to rain. The Alpha Elum was stareing at Zin.

"You were such a good mount! I am afraid you won't be comming with me from here on out!" as he was petting his Alpha Elum. "Don't worry, I will come back for ya. Just don't run off! You be a good Alpha Elum you hear?"

The Alpha Elum stared at him and made a slight cry as Zin headed awey. He stared right back at it and waved. His mount jumped up slightly as he howeled at Zin.

He started to climb his way to the fortress of Clorn. For he dident know how he was going to find the Omega relec in the process. He knew Trilas had it but he dident know where Trilas was. He figured Trilas would be near his master.

Meanwhile on the other side of the ridge on the beach a great army of darkness was forming. Trilas absent at the moment ordered his best dark mud "Sarlon" to be temperary comander of the army. thousands of solderes were lineing up. some were getting into spheres and others were on foot. They were carrying massive cages with Rorm beasts inside of them and they were carrying the captive Glukkens and Alpha Sligs as well. The army was huge and it streched for miles down the coast. They were carrying strange weapons mostly blasters and cannons. There were other strange races of Salis there as well. Who have joined Clorns great empire out of choice.

There was more than just spheres as massive supply and war fraighters were moving through the stormy Oddworldian sea. Sarlon was on one of the freighters.

"Sarlon there is word that a resistance is forming on the northern side of the mountains. What do we do?"

Sarlon with his scarred face approached the Dark Mud. "We will wait. I have orders from Trilas himself on when we will move."

Sarlon stareing out at the stormy sea passes by on the massive freighter.

The comming storm is here and the fate of Silak is still to be determined. For the fate of the Lost Continent of Salis lies in the hands of one Mudokin. "Zin!"

Chapter 55 The Attack!


Zin was climbing his way up the steep slope of the volcano headed for Clorn's fortress. The wind was strong and it was raining sideways as the rain drops pinched at Zins face. He then stoped climbing and took a deep breath. He turned and looked out at the landscape. For he could not believe how high he was. He knew he was getting close to the fortress at the top but could not see for the storm clouds hid it. As he stared upwards in determination he continued to climb. He entered into the dark clouds.

Meanwhile above the clouds, at the top of the volcano, on the cliff side, a small group of Dark Mudokins were sitting there and playing cards on a small bolder.

"It is your turn Sludge! Show your card hehe!"

"Alright Slag, Here you go!" As the Dark Mud showed him the card.

"What? You cheated! Give me that card you fool!"

"SHUT UP SLAG!"

"Oh yea why don't you eat Elum dropings you idiot!"

"Oh yea! I am going whale on you!"

Suddenly the two dark Mudokins were wrestling each other on the ground. Meanwhile Zin was reaching the top behind the two fighting dark muds.

He started sneaking past them but suddenly one of the dark muds saw him and took his blaster and fired.

"STOP, STOP! GET OFF ME WE HAVE COMPANY!"

"What?"

"You there where are you headed?"

Zin began to panic as the blaster was pointing right at him.

"Um um...I...I!"

"Speak up mud I can't understand mumbles!"

Zin knew he was in trouble so he tricked them.

"Hey, look over there!" yelled Zin

"What?"

Suddenly Zin was running towards the gates of the fortress. But he was quickly halted by a renagade platoon of Dark Muds. They stoped him in his path and began to wield their weapons at him. Sorrounded on all sides Zin was in trouble.

"It is a pitty to see a Mudokin such as you be considered the enamy!" said the platoones leader.

"Where is Clorn?" said Zin with anger.

"Since your going to die anyway, I will tell you! Clorn is....WHAT?"

Suddenly in the distance the dark army was beginning to move and the platoon was distracted by this. As Zin now has a good chance to get awey. He took his spear and threw it at one of the distracted dark muds and killed him. Suddenly Zin ran into the fortress and the platoon began chaseing him.

"FIND HIM, KILL HIM!" ordered the comander.

Just the thing I was looking for. Im glad you updated your story, its a story, that truly reminds me about how I love to read Fan Fics, well, looks like the story is coming to a close soon. I am anxiosly awaiting what is in store next for this.

It is only the first of the trilogy I have plan for this story. My friends it is only the beginning. This story has 2 more sequels in the makeing and balieve me what I have plan is exciteing.


Chapter 56 The Battle

"You cannot win Silak because you are a coward!" laughed Trilas. The Armies of Clorn will plunder Salis and I shall take my rightful place as god! Fight me and you will see!"

"I will not fight!" as Silak sat there in the deep shadows. I will not give in to your treacherous ways!" replied Silak. I am a Glukken who holds true to goodness! You of all should understand that Trilas!"

"You know why you want the Relec. Your power hungry such as myself. You don't want to admit it but you are. You want the Omega relec as much as I do. And that is the truth!"

"You lie! The Omega relec is my ticket to destroy Clorn! Not for me to become a god!"

"Do I! You might want to review the situation Silak. You will not admit to your weakness and that will be your demise!"

More anger struck at Silak's face as he sat there in the shadows of the cave.

"Was it not I who killed your best friend those many years ago and was it not I who destroyed your precious city of Zilanoff! I could of destroyed you then in your hideout but your friends came to the rescue!" said Trilas. Ah yes, you never told your new found friends of your turbulent past did ya? No matter, I assure you, they will die!" as he laughed. The fate of your people and the resistance will be lost! As will you!" as Trilas grinned "Join us or die!"

Silak sat there stareing into nothingness as the horrible thoughts went through him like a thorn. He knew this had to stop. So with a sudden rage of anger Silak fliped out of control.

"You murdur! DIE, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" as Silak charged him.

with his rage Silak charged Trilas head on and before Trilas was abel to use the relec he found himself thrown up aganst the wall and being punched in the face.

The power of Silak's rage threw Trilas out of the cave onto the stormy cliff side. With the wind whiping and the thunder rumbleing the skies the anger consumed him.

Meanwhile on the northern sides of the moutains Kluna was talking to his comrads.

"Kleek every time I look into the south it is as dark as dark can get!" said Kluna.

"I know, that is where we need to go. Clorns army is out there." as Kleek pointed.

"Same with Zin!" replied Blunk.

"I am going to get my stuff and.....WHAT!

Suddenly a huge explosion ripped threw the the camp as hundreds of onlookers went in to put out the flames. As Kluna was running among the other Alpha Sligs and Alpha Glukkens to help the victoms of the explosion, a loud horn blew. He stopped and looked towards the air.

"What is that?" as Kluna looked with fear.

Then out of the sky thousands of of flying spheres came plundering in onto the risistance. More and more spheres were rolling in over the hill side shooting and rolling over injured Alpha Sligs and glukkens that were in the explosion. In a matter of minutes the entire north end was engulped in massive lasor fire and combat. Huge catapults were being moved in as glukkens ordered Alpha sligs to throw the ropes.

Kluna found himself missing from Kleek in all of the action. dodgeing lasor fire he took his spooce bow and charged the on comming invasion of Dark Mud foot solders.

"ATTACK ALPHA SLIG'S FOR CHUN'S SAKE! yelled Kleek as he jumped onto his Alpha Elum. He took his spear and charged forword into combat.

Meanwhile Sarlon was told that the battle has begun.

"Sarlon the battle has begun!" said one of the dark muds.

"Very good release the Rorms! Let us march forward to victory! Hale Clorn our god!"

Indeed the battle has begun but where is Zin in all of this?

Chapter 57 Trouble!

In the deep dark halls of Clorn's fortress Zin was running from the renagade platoon of Dark Mudokins. Not knowing where he was headed he accedently ran into a small room. This room was a horrible sight indeed. For he could not balieve his eyes in what he was seeing in front of him. Bodies piled up on each other. The bodies of the Glukkon slaves and some Alpha Sligs. The rotten stench filled the room. For Zin only knew that these races have suffered a great deal before their deaths. As Zin backed away from the room the platoon was right behind him.

"We got you now Mudokin!" said the dark Mud.

"You will never get away with this you scum!"replied Zin

"Take him away feed him to the Rorms!" replied the Dark Mud.

As the Dark Muds were takeing Zin captive something caught Zin's eye. A door way, a rather large door way. Then Zin was thrown into a small cell.

"Get in there you fool!"

With a sudden push by the Dark Mud Zin went flying into the cage.

Wipeing some blood off his face Zin stared at the doorway. Suddenly just before the door to the cage was closeing Zin with no hesitation busted the closeing door onto the guard. The guard was knocked out but there were more Dark Muds in the room with him.

"AFTER HIM!" yelled the jail guard.

Suddenly Zin was surrounded by Dark Muds. It seemed hopeless for him. He had noware to go but the obvious. Zin noticed he was being backed into the wall. The wall had many different pipes running through it. He put his hand around his back gripping one of the pipes as the Dark Muds were gaining up on him with their knives.

"Give it up Mudokin!" said the jail guard wiping some blood off his chin. "Im going to love takeing you apart!"

"There is one thing I have that you don't have" said Zin

"And what is that?" replied the Dark Mud.

"THIS!"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WHERE DID HE GO!" cried the Dark Muds.

The whole room was suddenly filled with gas as Zin ripped the pipe in his hands off the wall. He managed to slip away through the large door. For he distracted the Dark Muds with the gas.

As the massive door closed behind him Zin suddenly stopped. He was not really safe for he manage to get himself into more trouble than he can possably imagine. Knowing this he stood up and stared back at the doorway. Standing still breathing rather hard and his heart pounding he knew something was in there with him. But he dident know what.

Chapter 58 Beware Of Darkness

The darkness of night shrouded the land in it's horrific grip. The only light known was the intense battle waged by the Dark Mudokins. Thousands were being killed off by the intense lasor fire. Kluna, being lost in the battle from the beginning, was attempting to find Kleek in the madness of blood shed. He only knew the possiabilty that his friends could be dead.

"I can't find him in this madness!" Thought Kluna as he took his spear out of the Dark Mud.

Suddenly more and more explosions occured as hundreds of spheres rolled over the burned landscape. Kluna dodgeing them attempted to jump onto one.

"Get that Mudokin off my sphere!" Yelled the pilot.
As two Dark Mudokins jumped on the rolling sphere and attempted to attack Kluna.

"Take this!" yelled Kluna as he punched one of the Dark Muds off his back. The one went flying into the ground as another sphere rolled over him.

He looked forword with a relieved grin on his face when the Sphere was suddenly hit by a large bolder. Kluna went flying off but an unusually strong Dark Mud came up to him and started punching him out.

"I am going to enjoy killing you!"

Kluna stood there frighten to death as the Dark Mud took his knife and approached him.

"Hehehehehehehehhahahahahaahahhhhhh!" Cried the Dark Mud as his head was suddenly cut off by an Alpha Slig's sord.

"Kluna, come with me Kleek is ok!"

Kluna took his hand and jumped onto the Alpha Elum and headed off but the battle was still being waged.

Meanwhile Silak on the cliff side approached Trilas as the anger raged through him.

"Murderer!" said Silak as Trilas lied on the ground with the relec in his hands.

"I am going to enjoy this Trilas!"

"Please Silak, you can't, I beg of you! Give me mercy!" cried Trilas

"You, of all, Beg of Mercy? I thought you were made sterner stuff!" said Silak.

They looked at each other and the anger burned in their eyes. Trilas with no hesitation took the relec and threashed the power onto Silak once again throwing him into the side of the mountain. Trilas got himself up and moved towards him.

"You thought I was giveing up dident you? Hehe, well my glukken friend you are wrong!"

Trilas laughed as thunder rumbled the darken skies.

Silak lieing there hurt knew he was in trouble now. One more blow like that and he will be thrown over the cliff.

Chapter 59 Turning Of The Tides

"Kluna you made it! We need to get into their base of operation located in that huge cave on the beach. But there are thousands of Dark Muds everywhere. I wounder if Zin will pull through?" said Kleek.

"I hope so Kleek, we have suffered a great loss already we cannot afford to lose more lives!" said Kluna.

"Now then how do we get in there and destroy their main hub?" asked Kleek.

"It is a long shot Kleek but I have an idea." said Kluna.

"What is it?"

"I have notice all races here at least you and the Alpha Gluks to have their own psycic power am I right?"

"Yes." replied Kleek.

"I figure if you gather all surviveing Alpha Sligs and Alpha Gluks we can blow through that large army waiting at the enterance of the operations. Its a longshot for I will use my chant to channal all the psycic energy as one to blow through those spheres. Some of us will have to stay behind to fight off the remaining army. Once we are in we will destroy their precious transportation hub!" Explaned Kluna.

"That sounds like a plan. Lets do it but we got to hurry this battle is intensifieing!" yelled Kleek

They mounted onto their Alpha Elums calling for all survivors to follow them. Fighting intensly the battle was beginning to show a turn around. Meanwhile Zin was standing in the Dark room woundering what existed there.

His heart was pounding and his eyes were wide open. He could not figure it out but something was there within the darkness. Then it happened.

Slowly a strange breathing sound came from within the room as an outlined figure began to form. Zin was frighten he could not make out the distortion but he knew this was something big. Then a low deep voice called out.

"Mudokin...Mudokin I feel your presence!"

Still he coulden't figure out where it was comming from, he looked around.

"Whats going on here?"

Suddenly Zin was thrown to the ground by intense light as it filled the dark room. Zin was blinded and haunted by this light as the face of his dreams appeared in front of him.

"Who...who are you?"

"I AM WHAT I AM! ONE BEING, MANY FACES!"

the face changed into many faces and then the real face appeared. it was a face made of fire and the eyes were as red as amber. Zin started to figure it all out as the face in front of him was indeed evil. Then it spoke again

"Perhaps this face will better suit you!"

"Who are you?"

In a deep pause "CLORN! THE GOD OF THE RELEC! THE GOD OF THE DARK MUD! THE GOD OF YOU!"

"Why do you seek pain and suffering?"

"FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN THIS PLACE! NOW...GIVE ME WHAT I WANT!"

"But you dident answer my question!"

"IF THAT IS YOUR QUESTION, THEN THIS IS THE ANSWER YOU SEEK!"

Clorn with his eyes, sent lightening through Zin as he went flying to the ground.

"Why is Clorn angry?"

Meanwhile Silak was being approached by Trilas on the cliff side. But suddenly Silak notice a small branch near him. As Trilas got closer with the relec Silak took the branch and suddenly knocked Trilas to the ground.

Silak now had the chance to grab it but it wasn't easy. The two were now wrestling each other on the cliff side.

"AH..AH get off me!" complain Trilas

"Give me the relec Trilas!"

"Never!"

"Then die!" replied Silak

Trilas used the powers once again on Silak and he went flying over the cliff but Silak managed to grab onto the rocks.

Trilas started laughing.

"Who is the freak now? First your people then your home, now you!" laughed Trilas. "Its a shame you Glukkons die easily or I would have a sense of satisfaction in life!"

Silak stared at him intense with anger. But something came over him. His psycic power of buzzing began to happen. He began float up as Trilas was surprised. The Relec in Trilas's hands left them and went to Silak as if he was a magnet. Silak's psycic power caused the relec to come to him. He began to grow strong as Trilas stared at him.

"What? noooo! That is mine!" yelled Trilas

"It looks like the end of the road for you Trilas!"

But the unexpected happened as Trilas picked himself up and moved backwards to the cliff. He began to laugh at Silak.

"Fool it has only begun. You have indeed proven worthy. My work here is finnished. I have no need for the Omega Relec anymore. Enjoy your precious relec it will do you no good as he jumped off the cliff."

"Noooooooooo!" yelled Silak


Silak ran to the cliff and saw Trilas slowly float down into his sphere with his parachute. It transformed into a sleek ship and took off to the skies dissappearing in the horizon. Trilas was gone and Silak has the Relec but the very fact his arch nemisis was gone so sudden brought fear over Silak.

"Why did he leave so suddenly? And what did he mean by those last words? Could it be that the very relec in my hands is useless?" Thought Silak.

He stared up at the Fortress and there was only one thing he had to do now. Find Zin.

Chapter 60 The Conquest!

Thunder rumbled the darken skies over the area of the battle. Kluna and Kleek were headed for the transportation hub along with most of the Alpha Sligs and Glukkons. At the same time Zin was being tourtured by Clorn inside the fortress. Silak, haveing the relec was fighting his way up the mountain. In his weaken condition, do to his long ordeal with Trilas, he struggled. But he knew he has the Omega Relec now, but still he could not understand why Trilas left in such a hurry.

"Why has Trilas just handed me this? Why? It just doesn't make any kind of sense to me. He perfectly knows well that The this can rid Salis of Clorn! But why was it so easy like that? It is not like him to pull such a stunt! Could such a thing like this be useless for him? What is his game?" As Silak pondered the thought.

"Still I must reach Zin or it will be too late!" thought Silak.

Meanwhile Kluna and the resistence were near the hub.

"Kleek we are going to have to wait."

"Wait I don't think we can Kluna, LOOK!"

And before them was an army of Dark Muds standing in rows as one steped forward.

"On my command Dark Muds!"

And suddenly the Dark Mud started to chant but the chant was different. It sounded different. It began to possess one of the alpha sligs. He was being picked up by the chant power and threashed into a spinning vortex of energy. Then suddenly the Alpha slig was torn apart in front of their very eyes. Soon followed, every dark mud in the area began their chanting.

"Kleek on my command!" as Kluna raised his hand.

And suddenly in a matter of seconds the glukkons and the Alpha sligs started useing their phsicic abilities. At the same time the power of the dark mud chant was doing its toll. Soon the area was engulped in a bubble of imense energy. Kluna avoiding the powers started to chant as well in hopes to become the mystical shrykull. Meanwhile Zin was haveing his treatment of torment by Clorn. Another bolt of lightening threw him to the ground.

"I said give me the Relec!" said Clorn.

"I don't have it!" replied Zin

"Give it to me or I shall destroy you and your friends!"

Suddenly Clorn with his power grew angrier at every moment. His size was imense. But something happened at that very moment when Zin was helpless. For he thought he was finnished. When everything seemed to get as grim as grim could get, the gate to the dark room opened and to Zins surprise it was Silak chargeing into the room with the Omega Relec, Throwing it to Zin.

"ZIN USE THIS!" yelled Silak

"Silak is that you? I..I thought you were dead. You've come back!"

"Lets just say I ran into problems for awhile back there. But I survived that fall when we were flying in. I found myself lost in the swamps when I headed here. But I was side tracked by Trilas. He was waiting for me in a cave here on the volcano. Balieve me it was no picnic!" explaned Silak "But I am alive, weaken yes, but alive!"

"It is good to see you again the rest will be proud! But what about Trilas?"

"Unfortunately he escaped in a hurry!

Suddenly they were interupted by Clorn.

"QUICKLY THROW THE RELEC INTO HIM!" yelled Silak as he handed the Omega relec to Zin.

Suddenly Clorn dissappeared from sight and an errie silence filled the room.

Silak knew something was wrong.

"Zin this is extremely bad!" said Silak

"What is it?"

And then it happened! And below, the armies stoped and stared upward at the fortress.

For everybody who is reading my long story. Thankyou for your comments and everything. I know this is a long story and I know you are woundering what is going to happen next. Well I can't tell you until I write it. My story has come down to 2 final chapters. This is more like an epic I have been writeing since last April. Mann has it really been that long since I started this? I had so much fun createing this story for you guys that it will expand more into 2 bran new stories or sequels. They are very excideing filled with as much detail as this first installment to my trilagy. Infact the other two might even be better. The reason being is that we have only scratched the surface of the lost continent of Salis.

Chapter 61 The undoing Of the Relec!

Billows of smoke filled the dark room as the haunting voice of Clorn raged on. The armies below hurd it aswell.

"Sub creatures Choose your destructor or perish!"

"What is going on Kleek?"

"I don't know, something bad is about to happen!"


"Zin hang in there buddy!" said Kluna

"BLUNK YOU LOOK AT THE SKY!" yelled Wheely

Blunk and Wheely as well as everyone else looked up and the sky was glowing red. As the battle suddenly came to a halt. The Dark Muds started to retreat for they knew what was going to happen. Meanwhile Silak and Zin were backing awey from the enraged Clorn.

"Zin your going to have to get to the great oak!"

"How did you know about that Silak?"

"I know where the Relec must be open. All on Salis knows where it must be open!"

"Silak what about you?"

"Leave me!" as he stared forword at the smoke in the center of the chamber.

"Your crazy Silak! Your hurt I will not!"

"DO IT!" YELLED SILAK

There was a sudden pause as Zin stood there holding the Relec. sweat draned from the face. And then with no hesitation Zin suddenly through the relec into his belt and grabed Silak and started to run out of there. Clorn saw this and was angry. his might began to shake the volcano as Zin was cerrying Silak, they were running and limping through the fortress. Running as fast as they can from Clorn. But then they were cornored as Clorn approached them.

"YOOOOOOOU!"

Lightening surged through his eyes of fire and blasted a gash into the wall knocking Silak unconcsous! With his slow angry voice clorn cried out.

"GIVE ME, THE RELEC!"

And then Clorn began to morph into a monster of unspeakable power. his spirtual self began to turn into magma and rock. as he grew and changed into a rock demon.

Zin took no chance and ran towards him with Silak on his sholders knocked out. For he saw the exit. Slideing underneath Clorn, now a massive rock demon, makeing it safely out of the fortress. But it wasent through yet.

"Thank odd we are out of there!"

The ground started to shake and then suddenly Clorn ripped out of the fortress and stared them down with anger.

"YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!"

"Oh damm!"

Zin began to take the trail down the mountain as Clorn was persueing quickly! They could here the sound of Clorn echoing throughout the widerness.

"YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUAHYOOOU!"


Zin was moveing ever more quickly as he was trying to remember where he left his Alpha Elum. But the ground was shakeing tremondously and Clorn was getting closer.

"YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!"


"What is going on up there Kleek?"

"We at last found you Kluna! Whats happening?" yelled Wheely running to them with Blunk

"Wheely, Blunk I thought I would never see you!" Yelled Kluna.

"Something bad is happening. The fortress just burst into flames!"

"What is that alful echo? Yelled Blunk.

"It is Clorn. He is comming!" explaned Kleek!"


Meanwhile Zin was getting closer to the base of the mountain as Clorn was persueing.

"YOOOOOOOU!" as his disturbing voice echoed down the mountain.


"Thank Odd my Alpha Elum!"

Zin mounted himself on as he went flying through the jungle as fast as he could to the beach. Clorn getting closer was moveing faster!

"YOOOU!"


The ground was shakeing and the skies were red as fire.


Zin was approaching the beach as he saw his friends standing there frighten to death.

"LOOK IT'S ZIN and SILAK?!" yelled Kleek as they went running towards the two.

"Silak is that you?"

"We have to get out of here! Clorn is comming!" said Zin. "Silak is hurt take him!"

Chun the king of the Alpha Sligs approached our heroes.

"do you have the Relec Zin?"

"I do Chun!"

"Now you must climb the Great Oak on the edge of Gabbit Falls and open it when Clorn is in your sight!" "But if my theroy is correct, the power of the Relec will be...!"

"Will be what?"

"Never mind that its not important he is persueing!" as Chun pointed.

"YOOOOOOOOU!

"Alright this is it!" said Zin.

"Zin wait let me come with you!"

"No Kluna this is my job and my job only!"

"But your alweys being higher than me!"

"Trust me Kluna it is written that I must do this!"

Kluna looked at him and smiled.

"Go for it mann! My friend!"

"Kluna I promise I will return!"

"Zin, Clorn will only be looking for you because you have the relec. Take this for good luck!"

"Your scarf Kleek I can't!"

"It will bring good luck!" as Kleek smiled.

Suddenly Clorn ripped out of the forest and onto the beach as are friends went running for cover.

"YOOOOOOOOOOOU!"

Lightening came shooting out of him at Zin but he dodge the bolts. Zin quickly got onto his Mount and headed for the falls. Clorn followed.

As Zin was running throughout the thick brush the memories of this adventure played in his mind. He remebered the storm and the gateway to the harbor closeing on him and Kluna. He remebered the elder warning him not to go out today for the storm was comming. He remebered the tidal wave that destroyed his boat. And lastly he remembered arriveing on this new land and meeting Silak for the first time. The thoughts raced through his mind as if his life was flashing by. Even the nightmares he expierenced went flashing by. His memories seemed to move as fast as the spheres of the Dark Muds. But he was focused and determined to make it to the Great Oak. And there he shall bring Clorn down.

Suddenly Zin entered a massive clearing and he could see the river and the great oak and the falls ahead of him as he kept moveing. Clorn was moveing faster aswell. Zin jumped off his mount and began to swim to the massive ancient tree on the edge of the falls. The current was strong but he managed to grab onto a vine on the tree before going over the falls. He climbed his way up and Clorn was now onto him as he broke through the clearing. He was taller now because of his anger. Then Clorn yelled as the echo was louder than ever!

"STOOOOP!" As his voice echoed loudly.

He cried out again.

"STOOOOP!" as Zin kept climbing to the top.

A third time as Zin made it to the top of the tree.

"STOOOOOOOOP stop stop stop stop stop!" as the angry voice of Clorn shook the ground.

"IM TIRED OF GAMES, IM TIRED OF PROMISES, AND IM TIRED OF YOU! FIRST YOUR MOUNT!" As he picked the elum up and was about to devour it. But suddenly two little egges went rolling into the mouth of Clorn.

"WHATS THIS! EGGS, EGGS, ROCK DEMONS HATE EGGS, POISON POISON, MEECH EGGS ARE POISON TO ROCK DEMONS! POISON, POISON!"

Zin took the relec and called out as he opened it up

"NOW, LIGHT OUR DARKEST HOUR!"

The relec flashed and shrouded the land in a blinding force of light. Clorn was no more as the remaining rocks of the monster went crumbling to the ground. The face of Clorn went spinning in a huge vortex of light.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I AM INVINCABLE YOU CANNOT DESTROY CLORN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" And Clorn was gone!

Chapter 62 Victory

The land layed waist to the destruction. The destruction Of Clorn has passed and he is no more. Silak found himself wakeing from the ordeal as he stood there stareing into the devastation everywhere. Zin found himself a half Mile from where he was from the Great Oak. A little shaken up from the blast he got him self up.

Kluna and the rest came out of their cover and were in disbalief of what has occured. But Kluna woundered if his friend survived.

"Kleek you think he is ok?"

"I am sure."

"It looks like Clorn is destroyed!" said Blunk

"Yea it looks that way!" said Kluna.

Silak sat there stareing at burnt wood.

"Mann it smells barbequed slog skins!" said Kluna.

"Oh Silak I am sorry! I am sure he survived!"

Silak looked at him with a frown. But suddenly a limping Mudokin came out of the burned forest.

"Silak its Zin!"

"Zin you made it!" as all of them went running to him.

"Easy now we did it guys I destroyed Clorn!"

"You did!"

"But where is the Relec?"

"I lost it in the blast! And it's power was used up. Kluna I am afraid we will be here longer! Thats what Chun wanted to say to me but couldnt. I figured it out. Don't be angry Kluna."

"I am not angry Zin you did what you could and besides this place is growing on me now!" As kluna sat there and laughed.

"I guess you two will be liveing with me now eh?" said Silak.

"Silak I am sorry about back there I should of listened to you! said Zin.

"Shhhhh! Its ok Zin I was crazy you did the right thing."

"Right now I want to see that sun set!"

As the sun was beginning to set the Glukkons and Alpha sligs and many others were celebrating their victory over the battle. Meanwhile Chun and Lazlo were in their quarters talking about the issues.

"HMM INDEED WE HAVE WON THE BATTLE!"

"YES CHUN WE HAVE BUT THE WAR?"

"YES WE HAVE THE BATTLE BUT THE WAR WE HAVE NOT! AS LONG AS THERE ARE DARK MUDS WE WILL BE FIGHTING THIS WAR!" FOR THE WAR HAS BEGUN AND THE BATTLE IS WON!"

"The omega relec was lost and its powers extinguished. But something troubles me Lazlo that we haven't seen the last of the relec!"

"Yes Chun I too sense it indeed!"

Meanwhile Silak was sitting on a cliff looking down at the clebration as Kleek came to him.

"Silak why arent you down clebrating you lazy Gluk." said Kleek.


"It is Trilas, my friend! He is still out there waiting for me. But still I ponder what was his motives? What was his game? Thats what scares me Kleek. One day I will have my revenge Trilas let it be known now. Trilas is mine and I will seek my revenge!"

Silak got up and walked awey. Meanwhile Kluna and Zin were walking on the beach talking to each other.

"I am glad we did it Zin."

"Yea! it has been a long time now!"

"Mudos, Think we will ever see it again?"asked Zin as he turned to Kluna.

Kluna smiled and put his hand around Zins sholder. "We will Zin we will!"

"Kluna, I am glad your with me friend!" as the two walked off into the sunset in celebration.

But at the same time far into the deep south high upon a sand dune a sphere rests and a cloaked figure approaches Trilas.

"Do you have it?"

"I have!" replied the cloaked figure

"Then it has begun!" And he smiled at him and left as he entered his sphere and took off into the sunset into the desert of the Lost Continent of Salis. The battle is over and piece reigns for now but as long as the Dark Mudokins exist the age of war is not over. Trilas knows that and he knows that he and Silak will meet again. For this adventure is only the baginning!
