I couldn't really make out what he was saying in the beginning. "Mis ojos" means "my eyes." Towards the end I think he was saying "No te pueden ver" which means "They can't see you (his eyes)."

christ, that brings back memories. i used to watch that at about 6 in the morning before school.

i always thought Wacky Races was the better of the two, but Catch The Pigeon had a classic theme tune.
