Not really. I figure that as long as I never sink to the level of tattooing a video game character on my body, I'll be okay.

Making tatoo is a good way to keep your favorite memories always with you and feel less influenced by socety or environments.

Hi. My name is Asmoden, and I'm here to tell you about the virtues of imaginationless stupidity. Have you ever wanted to be a "non-conformist"? Of, course you have. Everyone knows that non-conformists, like blondes, have all the fun. Well, if you follow my three step program, you will be non-conforming all over bitches in no time.

Step 1. Find something that a lot of other non-conformists like, and then obsess like crazy over that shit.

Step 2. Get a minor character from it tattooed on your body.

Step 3. Grow a neckbeard, and mutter "It's art" as often as possible.

Congratulations! You're now a giant douchebag!

All my most vivid memories left their mark on my body quite naturally. And unpleasantly.

I've seen people with eye tattoos. That would be pretty cool to make your eyes yellow or something, but I've been told it hurts.

Yeah, I'd recommend colours contact lenses rather than cosmetically altering the chemistry of your iris.

Uh.. I don't think Iris-tattoos exist yet. It's more like the white part. Someone tattooed the whole thing blue.

Yeah. I saw a show where a murderer in prison was being interviewed on how he tattooed his eyes. From what I collected you stick the needle just under the thin outermost layer of skin on your eye and inject the ink, so it covers the whole surface. I guess that's what you do when you have a lot of time on your hands and/or insane.

Problem is that ink can leak into your retina which as we all well know, is just a hole that goes into the back of your eye and your brain. Ugh.

Even those crazy bastards didn't just stab the needle straight through their eye in the RETINA. You put the needle through and across the outer surface of the cornea so the ink doesn't go anywhere else. Except make an oddworld tattoo of that...and um getting an Abe tattoo on your back. I think the best possible oddworld tattoo, if you really had to get one, would be one of the mudokon facial expressions cartoon ones. It's not so in your face and probably more socially acceptable.

Why do you cherish so much social opinion?
Did you lack self awareness or there is some other possible reason?
If he whant to do something slightly unusual i can't see nothing wrong.
I don't whant tis world to become a boring one and as long as i can tell more etic=less freedom=more boredom.
For me, as long as you don't cause harm to someone else, all is fine.

Yeah, except causing harm to oneself is also a concern, and tattoos have such a grand scope for regret.

That's true but it will be also true for almost every single choice a person can make.

Not be too much of a dick, but I find that having the guy who claims that he can perform shamanic rituals that would put "normal" people into comas, lecturing about self awareness to be quite funny.
