Sad Announcing a departure. . .

In memory of, Ocelot:
Born 2nd of April 2001 at 2:42pm in my room - Died on 7th of June 2002 between 3.00am and 4.00am in my attick (I think. Thats when I heard those strange yelling noises comming from somewhere near the front of my house. All animals make weird noises that you didn't think they were capaple of making when they're having thier death throws.)

I now only have 4 cats. I found Ocelot, one of my cats, lying underneath the water tank in the attick last night. . . Wasn't breathing, and was stiff. Had obvious dihorria(SP), and vomit round his mouth.
He never was a well cat, anyway. Always had something wrong with him. I guess this time, illness got the better of him.

Sad Commiserations...

I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Eddie. I know what it's like to lose a pet; I lost a rat to lymphatic cancer and another to a heart attack two years later, and I cried bucketfuls when each had to be put down.

It's a terrible shame Ocelot had to go in that way. At least his suffering is now over.

I also know how you feel mann. I had a lizard a while ago and he died so I gave him a proper buriel in my garden out side on the side of my house. I even put him inside a little box. I was sad for a while but you will get over it.

Aww... I'm really sorry for your lost, Ed.

I can't say I know how it feels like, because I haven't lost a pet. Okey... my pet frog, Veera died years ago, when I was about 9-11 or something. I took three frogs from our school aquarium, because our teacher was giving them away. (He had taken them from a pond...) We were on our summer cottage and I left food to my frogs, Veera, Viivi and Vaavi (), so it didn't die from lack of food, but it got too big and should've let it go already, as it had got its legs already... But Viivi and Vaavi survived and I was extremely happy watching them jumping to freedom, when they were old enough. It was nice. It was cool having them. I had this little treasure box in the aquarium and there were some old coins. And there were all kinds of plants and stuff there. I loved decorating it. Eh... it is illegal though, to take any animal from the wilderness as your pet, though. Not everywhere, but in here. And it is a good thing.

My sister's partner's dog has died, though. And my sister's cat and hamster. And my grand parents' dog. And my ex- best friend's two rats. And my aunt's 5 dogs. And I was very sad and cried my eyes out every time... But my pet has never died, (except for Veera, but I had it for three weeks, and I didn't get too attached to it and I was a stupid kid back then...) so I don't know what it's like. *snif* I couldn't handle it, if Fanny suddenly died...

It's okay, i never really was that attached to Ocelot. We got rid of his body that same night by chucking it into a skip (for americains: Dumpster). Gosh, I'm nice, aren't I? I would of burnt him or buried him, but I was worried that my other cats might of caught what he died of.

Anyway, I've suffered the loss of my dad, my pet goat, my rat, and many, many pet rabbits, so death isn't a new thing for me. You kind of learn to cope with it in the end. . .

Unless throwing a carcass in a dumpster is a funeral, probably not Pinky... Ah, Eddie, grwoing up traumatized with death all around him.

Sorry to hear about Ocelot. Although you weren't that attatched to him, it's still depressing when a pet passes away. My cat went missing about two years ago and I was depressed for a long time. This cat would sleep in my bed with me (he was clean)! And my pet hen, Selma, never returned when she went missing about a month ago.

My condolences to you.
