Wells = sloggie death traps?

I was replaying Hydroponic Vats and was collecting the spooce next to the first sloggie.

I was standing next to the well and then he bit me. I then jumped into the well and the next thing I see out of the corner of the screen is stars like the sloggie is being hurt by something and it yelping. By the time I turned around, he was gone!

If he fell in the water, I don't think it would show stars, so I can only guess he tried to jump up to bite me (like they often do) and accidentally fell into the well . Has anyone else seen this? I know someone else before threw a slig into a well with disastrous results (I think he flew into a mine field near by).

Yea that was me I droped that Slig into a well with Munch operating the cran over in the first slog hut and he was blasted into smitherines. That was halerous. Maybe that slog accendently jumped in. It's possible because sometimes I see strange things happen throughout the game. So that is pretty interesting. I think I will try that next time I play. But it might not work for me. who knows

In the meep herder level, you can possess a sloggie and make him fall into a well. If I remember correctly, when I put him in it he just died. He didn't get shot anywhere or anything, he just died like he had fallen off a cliff.

It made me think about the wells
why did they "hate" industrialist people?

I dropped a Slig and a Slog into the well in the first Sloghut also, as I wanted to see where they went to. I determined that they got blasted right to where one of the mines were on the left, as you could see the black patch around the mine showing it had went off before (and I hadn't run into it).

Sligs and Slogs must have different trajectories than Abe and Munch, because if they go into the well, they safely land up on the ledge with the levers at the end.

In Meep Herder Village, I possesed that slog and made him fall into the wel, and he shot up to where Abe and Munch shoot up to...

In one of the slog huts, I used a crane to drop a slig into a well and he shot up to the same place as abe and munch. he then went on to kill munch!

the first time I saw a Slog in MO it was near by water...
I jumped in a well and the slog followed me
I felt in the water and the slog too

It was funny to see him die


but it was the same place
