Dakkan pops back now and again. He's not banned, to the best of my knowledge. And I don't think CP is him, what makes you think that?

And what was the reason for saying it, unless it was to prove a point? We don't need to know you're a homophobe - it serves no useful purpose other than to alienate people; and as we've already seen how you apparently dislike Dan, I'd see that as a deliberate attempt to stir some flames...

How is this topic about gay people? The original post was a query as to a member that hasn't been around for a long time.

It was Statikk's mistake to title this topic the way he did. Even if Dakkan Blackblade is gay in an extreme way, it's not a particularly helpful way to entitle a topic. And I for one am sick of the term "gay" used to mean "bad." It's small-minded, insensitive, and bigoted.

And we don't need to know that you're homophobic, Surfacing. It's not going to influence the course of the discussion here.

I am going to stay out of this one, since I've had too many bad experiences in attempting to reason with Quorisha in the past, so I don't intend to get dragged into this one as well. I only have one point to make, then I'm gone:

Quorisha, when people say "Give me an example of [something they did wrong]", you should reply by giving them a link and pointing to where they did that particular thing. Saying "All the time" or "In any of the Evolution topics" just makes it seem like you are making it up. I'm not saying you are, I'm just pointing out that you're making it seem that way. In future, give specific examples, so that people know you're not just lying, okay? Just a tip...

You're right, here it is: DB music topic

However, DB used it as a pejorative, so you're just perpetuating the misuse of the term. As I see it, there's plenty of content there.

Apart from the lack of sensitivity, it would be appreciated if members -- and I'm not singling you out here -- would make it clearer what their topics are about. Had it been entitled: "Does anyone know where Dakkan Blackblade is?", I wouldn't have bothered to read the first post. Sydney has requested that we provide meaningful titles, but of course it's the type of thing that gets forgotten, or unknown to the newer members. However, it would be helpful and time-saving to be able to ignore threads that are clearly not of interest.

You hate me now, why? just over this? I don't hate gay people i fear them, i still treat them like a normal person if i speak to one, but i would rather try to obviod them that's all.
