Slusk's Exoddus

This is my 2nd-3rd fanfic, this is the continuation of Slusk's Oddysee (Which I was too lazy to finish). If you haven't read Slusk's Oddysee, heres a link:http://www.oddworldforums.net/showthread.php?t=19080. Now to the fanfic!

The March

Slusk, Redge, and Mochy trodded the desert path, headed for the plateaus in the distance. Redge had disinfected and bandaged the bullet wound he had endured during the mountain side assault. The crew had been walking days on end towards the plateaus that never got closer, the desert winds didn't make it easier. The cacti and the shrubs looked the same and there were always eerie howls in the black of night. None of them felt safe. One day, while they were walking, Redge struck up a conversation...

"Hey, Slusk. This situation we're in... its making me think." Redge remarked.
"How so?" Slusk asked as he stopped momentarily.
"Well, we never ACTUALLY discussed where the hell we're going."
"I never really thought of that either. We actually didn't have alot of time to think this through properly. It was more of a hit and run, remember?" Slusk explained.
"Oh ya..."

The crew continued their relentless march across the desert.

*****

Jasper was sitting in a barrack dormitory, staring at the floor. He couldn't believe he had lost to a mud, a traitorous slig, and a sloggy. What had gone so terribly wrong? That mud had laid waste to his entire troop, well, except for him and another slig private named Grom. He had awakened several hours after the battle, and scavengers were already picking at what was left of his team. Jasper had shooed them off with a couple of blasts from his carbine and checked for survivors. He found Grom, called for a chopper to pick them up, and they returned to the factory. He got demoted and was given camera duty for several months to come. He had failed Victor... He hadn't fufilled his promise, but he will... someday...

Sorry for double posting, just wanted to put something up.

Skincrawler

Burgeon the glukkon was rather disappointed with Jasper’s failure to bring the traitorous mudokon Slusk and his good smart ass friend Redge the slig to justice.
Since he knew that an entire troop of his slig security force, trained straight from Magog certified barracks, wasn't effective whatsoever. So he decided to roll in the big guns.

*BEEP*
"Boss, someone's here to meet you." a slig spoke over the com.
"Yeah?" Burgeon replyed through his com.
"Who is it?"
"Its that bounty huner you called for."
"Let him through."

Bureon gave a grim smile as the dark figure strolled into his office. Burgeon had temporarily hired a bounty hunter by the name of "Skincrawler". Skincrawler wore very dark clothing, a very worn western-styled hat that covered his face, he carried a variety of weaponry. That included: a pair of pistols, a silenced sub machine gun, a couple of combat knives, and the huge sniper rifle slung over his back.
Burgeon knew that Skincrawer was something called a Vamp, whatever the hell that is.

"Thanks for accepting my offer, Skincrawler." Burgeon said as his assistant, a scrawny slig sifted through some some papers in an attempt to find a picture of each fugitive.
"My pleasure" Skincrawler said, in his gravel-like voice.
"I assume you have some form of transportation?" Burgeon asked with a nervous glance at his sniper.
"My motorcycle."
"Okay, well I expect you to leave ASAP, any questions?" Burgeon said regaining his composture.
"No." Skincrawler replied as he strolled out the door.
***********

Slusk, Redge, and Mochy finally reached the massive plateau. The gigantic rock formation was peppered with caves and crevices that possibly allowed passages to the other side. The team was exshausted from their trek across the desert an decided to set up camp in one of the higher caves to help them get an upper advantage incase they were ambushed in the night. After the sleeping bags were rolled out and a suitable fire was set, Mochy did not hesitate to crawl into Slusk's sleeping bag. Mochy had grown considerably since their escape from the slog hut, infact, he might aswell have grown into a young adult! Redge was sifting through the supplies they had left and noticed that they were almost out of food and water.

"Hey, Slusk." Redge asked as he continued to sift through his pack.
"Yeah?" Slusk replied.
"We're almost outta food."
"How much longer will it last?" Slusk asked with a worried tone.
"About one or two days, if we're lucky, maybe three."
"Well we better hope that its more hospitable on the other side of this stinking plateau."

The trio had fallen to an exhausted sleep.

Well, if you like it... Here's some more!

The Jungle

Skincrawler was speeding on the dirt road with his motorcycle. The road lead to the mountain side where Jasper and his team had been mercilessly slaughtered by that mudokon, Slusk. Skincrawler's mouth twisted into a sick looking grin, he was looking forward to fighting Slusk. The fight will surely be glorious. He glanced on his GPS to check on his position. His grin twisted even more as he saw that the mountains were close. Very close.

He pushed the limit further and continued with a determined pace.
*****

It was an early start, but Slusk felt a little off today. He felt like he was being pursued again, he didn't like it. Once he got packed, the team set off to find a passage through the massive plateau. After several minutes of searching, they found a promising cave system.

"Hmm, you got a light?" Slusk asked.
"Yep." Redge produced a flash light from his pack.
"Wow! You really did bring your entire dormitory!" Slusk remarked with exagerated ethusiasm.

The trio pushed onwards into the dark. The cave was moist and filled with a familiar smell. Like flesh and crap. Slusk looked among the stalactites and noticed the ceiling was shifting.

"Hey, Redge! There's bats on the ceiling!" Slusk said as he pointed at the furry little beasts.
"Those ain't bats, Slusk."

Mochy whimpered as two huge bulbous forms dropped directly infront of them. Then three more joined, then five more. They screeched and crawled, they were gigantic Bolamites. Slusk immediatly drew his captured Blitz Packer and with the combined power of Redge's carbine, burst the barrel shaped bastards like berries.

Slusk, Redge and Mochy charged through hordes of Bolamites when they reached the end of the cave, and a very steep drop welcomed them. Redge pulled something long and red from his pack.

"Whats that?" Slusk asked, panicking slightly with Mochy's desperate howls.
"Just a little thing I keep incase of emergencies." Redge replied while lighting a fuse.
"We need to jump!" Slusk shouted as Redge threw the dynamite into the cave.

Slusk pulled Mochy under his arm, and the trio jumped down just as the cave exploded.

I love the term "burst them like berries." Brilliant use of expressive language!

Also, what species is Skincrawler?

I love Vamps. They're in "Odd of War." But then, you know that already...you read it. Thanks for that!

Maybe Skincrawler can use Inrik blasters—weapons that destroy flesh and leave non-biological substances untouched!

I also listed the weaponry he uses. Speaking of which... heres the next part!

The Jungle part II

Slusk cradled Mochy in his arms as he crashed through tree tops, he felt the stings and blows of branches whipping against his back and head. Redge was also getting beaten pretty bad. They both fell in a rather small pond, deep enough to cushion their fall, but not nessasarily drown them. Slusk wadded to shore with Mochy still braced against his chest. Redge crawled to shore, his mechanical pants wet and beaten up. Slusk let Mochy hop out of his hands then he ran over to Redge, who was rummaging through his pack and discarding ruined or useless item, some of which included matches, food, medicine... every item even more important to their survival than the next.

"Redge, we lost everything!" Slusk said with a slight sob to his voice.
"Not everything, we still have pans and filters and what not." Redge replied still rummaging.
"I better go and forage. Right?"
"Aha!" Redge exclaimed as he pulled a small toolbox out of his pack.
"What's that?" slusk asked unsheathing his machete.
"My pants repair toolkit." Redge replied as he started to replace pieces of his mechical pants.

Slusk went out into the jungle, followed by Mochy who scampered nearby sniffing out for some small animal to devour. After several hours of non-stop foraging, Slusk and Mochy returned with a sack of goods slung over his shoulder. He had collected mushrooms, berries, nuts, and some meat he carved from a rather large fleech he found in a tree. Redge had set up camp and already had his pan ready for a nice meal.

"Ok, Redge, we need to find out where we are and exactly where we might be going. I think we should go to the eastern coast and find some work there."
"Yeah, that would work fine, but we would need to change our names or something." Redge said as he picked his teeth with a piece of bone.
"Or, we could hide out here..."

*****

Jasper just heard that bounty hunter scum was sent to kill his brother's murderer. He fumed with rage and hatred, mostly against that oaf Burgeon. Jasper wouldn't leave his promise to Victor incomplete. He went to his room, grabbed his carbine and other supplies and stormed off to the barracks. He needed someone to cover for him, and he knew an idiot perfect for the job. He sneaked into Grom's dormitory, and sure enough, Grom was snoozing away. Jasper considered writing his slig comrade a note, but he knew most slig's couldn't read. Jasper jabbed Grom with the butt of his rifle and Grom sprung to face Jasper.

"Jasper? whatcha doin?" Grom asked rubbing his eyes.
"Snap to attention, I need you to cover cam duty for me while I sneak out." Jasper explained as he slung his rifle.
"Ok? I don't have anything to do anyways."

Jasper went to the gate control just to see the guard asleep, as usual. He opened the main gate and took one of the vans sitting out in the parking lot. He then drove off into the night.

*****

Skincrawler was now speeding through the desert keeping an eye on the faint tracks he discovered wandering off into the wastes. He decided to take off his tunic which left his brown undershirt so he doesn't boil in his dark clothing. According to the tracks, the fugitives were headed to the plateau, and according to his GPS, there was jungle beyond that. Tracking them through there will be hard. To pass the time, Skincrawler turned on the radio.

So true, heres another chapter.

Hatred

Skincrawler was staring at the plateau that Slusk and Redge went through. Its bulk made it very difficult to determine exactly where they went through, but it was possible. Skincrawler gathered his equipment and hid his motorcycle in a crevice. He climbed to point where a small path revealed faint foot prints left in the dust. He grinned and followed the tracks into a cave. He noticed bulbous shapes in the dark, an realized that they were corpses of giant Bolamite. He gagged at the stench, but forced himself onwards. He reached the end of the cave where it dropped off. There were blast marks and body parts on the walls, as if dynamite was used to hold the bolamites off as the daring sons of clakkers jumped off the drop off for a more scenic exit. Skincrawler then climbed down the rock face to retrieve his prize.

*****
Slusk was waving his machete, slicing into the shrubs and vegetation that grew so abundantly in the jungle. Redge and Mochy followed. Slusk sensed that they were being followed. Just that moment, they cut into a clearing with several boulders and a water pool in the center.

BLAM!

The team ducked for cover as a bullet zipped past their heads. The team crawled towards the boulders in a rushed attempt to get some cover. As soon as they reached the boulders, another bullet blew off a sizeable chuck from the rock Redge was hiding at. Mochy growled in the direction the bullets were coming from and barked at a dark figure dashing from the woods with a sub machine gun at the ready. Slusk unslung his Blitz Packer and took a few pot shots at the newcomer. The dark character dodged the burst and tried to flank Redge. Redge ,who was blissfully unaware of all of this, caught several bursts from the silenced gun to the chest.

"ARGH!"
"NOOOO!" Slusk screamed.

Redge collapsed to the ground. The dark figure laughed menacingly. Mochy howled and charged at the bounty hunter at full speed, unfortunately, the bastard caught Mochy in midair and threw him into a boulder. Slusk felt that same rage back on the mountain side, where he slaughtered Jasper's squad, just unbelieveably stronger. He unslug both of his weapons, his machete and blitz packer, and charged at the monster who harmed the only two people he cared about. The dark figure drew a combat knife and the two were caught in a duel. The stranger was terribly skilled with the knife, and caught Slusk in the chest several times. He couldn't care less about the pain, he wanted the bastard dead. He chopped the stranger's arm with his machete and shot a couple of rounds into the bastard's chest. This allowed him to cudgel his hairy face with the butt of his gun and continued to do so until he fell cartilage break against his weapon, the dark colored figure either died or fell unconcious.

Slusk threw his empty Blitz Packer and darted towards Redge's body, Mochy limped right in. Slusk was fighting back tears as he rolled Redge to face him. Redge's wound was worse than he thought. The bullet wounds carved a gruesome pattern on his chest. Redge coughed up some blood and was struggling to say something.

"S-Slusk..?" Redge asked with a weak tone.
"Y-yes pal...?" Slusk didn't fight back the tears no more.
"T-take care of yourself, and M-m-mochy." Redge continued on, life leaving his body faster and faster with every painful breath.
"I will buddy."

The slig died in his arms, and something in Slusk's heart died, and was replaced with a cold hatred.

******

I'm terrible with killing off main character's, and death speeches.

More awesomeness.

Sorrow

Slusk bowed his head in front of a mound of mud, Redge's grave. Rain started to patter through the jungle's canopy, adding a more dismal effect to the already dismal position he was in right now. Mochy had also fell silent. The dark clothed son of a bitch still lay where Slusk had beaten him. Slusk now wanted to leave. He wanted to leave behind the muddy clearing, the blood stained stones, and the murderous felon. Redge wanted him to take care of himself and Mochy, and thats exactly what he was going to do.

"Come on, Mochy." Slusk ordered with a despressing tone.
"Bark!" Mochy limped right behind him.

Triple posting isn't fun. And so is waiting for another bloody chapter.

The Rage

Skincrawler groaned as he woke up with the warm patter of jungle rain on his face... well, atleast what was left of his face. His arm was chopped to the bone, his nose was broken and torn, and his right eye was partially blind. It was a pain in the ass to get up, especially when his shooting arm was all messed up. He limped to a pack he hid in a hollow tree and pulled out a medkit. He cleaned his wounds and bandaged them. He swallowed a few painkillers, grabbed his stuff and followed tracks into the jungle.

*****************

Slusk had a new coldness to him. He didn't say a word as he hacked his way the through the jungle. He kept Redge's laser carbine, afterall his Blitz Packer ran out of ammo. Mochy didn't even make a noise other than his rough panting. They marched in the jungle even at night, leaving muddy footprints and torch stumps. One day they crossed a village. Mudokons from the tiny mud huts peered outside. A skinny, brown skinned mudokon approached him.

"You looking for a way out, yes?" The mudokon asked with a slight lisp.
"Yeah." Slusk replied examining the mudokon.
"Then you must slay Rage the Scrab, whom terrorizes us!" The mudokon exclaimed.
"Fine, a scrab shouldn't be too hard."
"He lives in a cave near the mountains, that way!" the mudokon pointed somewhere north.
"Alright, I'll do it. Just hold onto my stuff and my pet slog and I'll go kill your bloody Scrab." Slusk said as he threw off his pack.

The mudokons took his stuff and Mochy and kept them safe somewhere and gave an Elum for him to ride on. The skinny mudokon accompanied Slusk on his trip to the cave. Around half and hour later they arrived at a massive cavernous cave entrance. Around the entrance was a huge clearing and boulders in every direction. It looked like a battle arena.

"This is where I leave" The skinny mudokon chittered.
"Ok, go ahe-"

*RAAAWWWR*

A massive beak clamped down on the skinny mudokon and his elum and shook them wildly. The Scrab had emerged from the cave with lighting speed and swallowed the elum and the mudokon guide whole. It stood nearly two stories high and probably weighed several tons. It released another deafening roar and charged for Slusk.

"Yikes!" Slusk screamed as he rode his Elum on the far side of a huge boulder.

Luckily, the Scrab didn't see Slusk hide behind the boulder and start searching the clearing for any sign of him. Slusk dismounted the Elum and climbed the rock. He peered over and just happened to be staring at the Scrab's muscular back. He took this as an advantage. He unsheathed his machete and drew the laser carbine in a deadly duel wield he had done many times before. He screamed and jumped onto the back of the Scrab. He chopped into the monster's back and started crawling towards the Scrab's head. Rage yowled and started bucking and thrashing in an attempt to throw Slusk off his back. Slusk held on and let go no matter what. Rage tried to skewer him on his beak but couldn't reach. Slusk carved some foot holds on the Scrab's back, causing it to bleed, and continued to climb. Rage howled some more and bucked. Slusk finallt got to it's shoulders and finally onto its head. He started to wildly chop and fire his carbine into Rage's skull, bone and gore flew into his face. The Scrab lost its balance and collapsed in the clearing, dead as a doornail. Slusk fell off and managed to pull of a roll as he landed. He got to his feet rather shakily and walked to his Elum to ride back to the village.

Sweet Odd, I can't believe I'm reviving this terrible fanfiction. It's filled with run on sentences and crap. :L
EDIT: Going to be adding onto this post os I don't quadruple post.

The Mountain Pass

Slusk rode into the village, his body splattered with blood, bone, and grey matter. The scrawny villagers appeared from their mud homes cheering for their new hero. Slusk got off his smelly mount and walked towards who looked like the defacto leader.

"Alright, I killed your Scrab. Now hand over my belongings and tell me where the exit is." Slusk growled.
The mudokon nodded and gestured towards another native ordering him to retrieve Slusk's sack.
"We thank you again, stranger for your deed. Keep the beast."

Slusk only nodded and assumed he mean't the Elum. After he retrieved his knapsack and secured Mochy on the Elum he rode off into the direction the natives indicated. There was a well worn path through the jungle, the trip was relatively peaceful, which allowed Slusk to relax and think. He slew Redge's murderer, which is good. There is no way Burgeon could track him down now. Life was okay, which is saying something. After awhile of travelling, Slusk finally arrived at the edge of the jungle. He observed what appeared to be a cleft between two mountains, which looked as if something split the mountain with a hatchet. Slusk rode on, prepared for whatever maybe lurking in the pass.

==========

Skincrawler walked through the village, now littered with corpses of the locals. His submachine gun was still warm from the recent slaughter, his boots leaving distinct prints in the mud. He leaned over what he assumed was the leader, propped up against the wall of a hut, bleeding out.. He placed a cigar into his mouth an promptly lit it.

"P-please, don't hurt me...!" The mudokon whimpered in the most pathetic voice imaginable.
"Tell me where the warrior went, and I'll make your death quick and painless."
The mudokon's eyes were wide with fear, he spluttered an almost inaudable answer. Skincrawler grinned with a Vampish charm for he deciphered what the mudokon had said and was satisfied. He raised his pistol the the Mudokon's head and fired.

Progress

Jasper was cursing under his breath as he tryed to tighten a bolt. The security van's engine blew out in the middle of the desert, leaving him stranded with little idea as to where he might be. He had been following the tracks in the cracked earth left by that bounty hunter's motorcycle day and night, hoping he would find something, which he didn't of course. Jasper then did some last few adjustments before revving up the van again in which he was rewarded with an immense cloud of smoke. Jasper, in a rage, grabbed his toolbox and chucked it through the front window of the van.

"Wretched piece of crap!" he hollered at the van.

He then grabbed his laser carbine and what little food he had left on him and continued his trek across the desert.

==========

Back at the Sloghut, Grom was having some difficulty trying to juggle Jasper's camera duty and his newly assigned patrols at the same time. He wondered why he decided to help Jasper out, was it because he was his former commanding officer? His determination? Or was he just too tired to give a damn? In his mind it really wasn't worth it anymore, so he grabbed his shotgun and abandoned Jasper's camera duty and went on his assigned patrol. He just missed the other slig who walked into the surveillance room, who actually noticed the other slig was missing from his post. So, as protocol strictly dictated, the slig reported this to the CEO.

Burgeon smoked his cigar with a frown. He knew Jasper was obsessed with finding the murderer, not to mention somewhat intellegent. He had let these traits pass him by, until now. That damn slig has pushed it too far, not only had he abandoned his post but he also stole one of the company's vans! He fumed over this for awhile, he lost several good men trying to track down some renegade Mud and a traitorous Slig. Not to mention hiring several bounty hunters, a few of which were discovered dead near the factory. Those two also terrorized that Clakker town down the road, that surely rolled in some complaints. Oh the thought of having to go to court over this infuriated him! He was going to put a stop to all of this rebellion, no matter the cost.

"Hey! You!" Burgeon shouted at the scrawny slig sitting in the corner.
"Y-yes, sir?" The slig stuttered back.

The slig was absolutely pathetic. It was as thin as a pencil and had a jittery movement to him that annoyed the hell out of Burgeon.

"Get the Barracks on the phone!" Burgeon grumbled.

"Y-yes, sir! Right away, sir!" The slig dialed a number in the terminal not too far from him.

There was a loud beep, indicating the call was on speaker. A voice crackled over the microphone.

"What is it, Burgeon? Is it about that stupid mud?" An annoyed Glukkon known as "The Sergeant" answered.

"Why yes! It is! He's cost my company quite a bit!" Burgeon growled, this situation was rather embarrassing.

"Hah! That's rich! What do you need?"

"I need a dropship and a squard to man it."

"Riiight, and what will I get in return?"

"You sure as hell won't be getting slogs to train your handlers from me anytime soon." Burgeon had pulled this once or twice on the Sergeant before.

"Odd damn it, FINE! I'll send one over in a bit!" The Sergeant then hung up abruptly.

Burgeon was somewhat suprised, he couldn't believe that worked. Then again the Sergeant, like his former superior, Dripik isn't terribly bright. He grinned with satisfaction, all he had to do now was wait for the dropship to arrive, give a briefing on the mission and send them on their merry way. He then propped his feet on the table and took a snooze.

Revelations

Slusk was hopelessly lost. The mountain pass branched off towards valleys, fjords, nooks and crannys and was overall very confusing. Slusk winced as he looked up into the sky and noticed the sun will be setting very soon. He didn't encounter anything dangerou yet so he assumed it was fine to set up camp out in the open. He hopped of his Elum, who groaned in protest before settling down nearby. Mocy scampered off on his own to find something to eat. Slusk slumped next to his Elum and let the scenery soak in. The valley he was in was lightly forested, though somewhat rockey with a patch of greenery here and there. The valley walls were quite steep, he'd be screwed in an ambush. Slusk was about to doze off until Mochy hopped into his lap, dribbling with affection.

"No. Off with you!" Slusk grumbled while weakly pushing the slog off him.

He noticed something was hanging from Mochy's mouth, it was all too familiar. Without a doubt, it was a bone and coming from a former Sloghut worker, it's something you don't quite forget.

"Give it here, boy." Slusk reluctantly offered his hand, knowing it will soon be covered in sticky slog drool.

Mochy did what he was ordered to and dropped the bone into his hand. Slusk wasn't quite happy at all at what he was seeing. Slusk held what appeared to be a mudokon femur. This reminded him of the time a mudokon was thrown into a pen of hungry slogs and mauled viciously, unfortunately, Slusk had the displeasure of being part of the clean up crew. It wasn't pretty, to say the least.

"Where did you find this, boy?" Slusk asked, getting up.

Mochy barked while wagging his tail, happy to lead his Master to where he found the Jackpot. Oh my, was he excited, Master almost never asked Mochy of anything. Mochy was overjoyed! He couldn't wait to show Master the Jackpot!

Skincrawler had finally reached the mountain pass, it was a pain-staking journey, to say the least. Not only were his wounds just recovering with that scuffle in the forest, but he had to fight off a scrab that just happened to have wondered onto the path. He grumbled ungratefully as he unholstered his submachine gun to climb a rock.

"The mudokon better be bloody worth it."

While he was climbing, something nearly fell off his pack before Skincrawler just barely caught it

"Whoop! Wouldn't want to lose you."

The device was more or less a beacon to be activated once he caught the mudokon. The idea was rather unsettling to Skincrawler, as the concept of being tracked wasn't quite established in his mind. For as long as he can remember, he was the tracker. It was his job afterall. He finally hoisted himself back onto the path into the mountains.

===========

It was getting dark and Slusk was being led into the forested part of the valley, Mochy shuffled happily infront of him. Slusk examined the trees, some of which had markings on them. He was then led into a clearing which held several stone structures, crafted by natives no doubt. Slusk walked into the nearest building, brushing hand on the walls as he went along. He wondered if anyone still lived here.

"Hello? Anyone home?" Slusk asked out loud.

Silence reigned until Slusk hit something with his foot. Whatever he kicked rattled like wood, he looked down. There was a skeleton of a mudokon with distinct bullet holes in it's skull. Slusk felt his stomach twist with anger. The nerve of those industrials! Slusk couldn't stand the atmosphere in the room, so he left and approached what looked like some sort of fort. There were more skeletons and whatever furniture that had once been there was either smashed, littered with bullet holes, or decayed beyond recognition.

"This must have happened long ago..." Slusk examined the room.

He noticed a weapon rack, still intact. It was lined with some sort of clubs made of bone and adorned with rather large gamestones. There was also a single crossbow like contraption, which piked Slusk's curiousity. It also looked like it was made of bone and wood, though the most interesting features about it were the crystals that adorned it. He then fiddled with it until he managed to wrap the thing around his wrist.

"Curious little thing."

Slusk then felt waht appeared to be a lever of sorts. He pulled his fingers back, releasing a burst of blue light from one of the crystals. Slusk had no idea what happened until he noticed the charred rock wall infront of him.

"Oh, I'm keeping this!"

His gaze then wondered off to the far side of the room. The wall was was covered with carvings, some described epic battles of ancient times, some instruct how to use a specific weapon like the one he was using, and one particular carving demonstrating a warrior. The carving illustrated a mudokon with a long pony tail and armed to the teeth with various pieces of weaponry. After awhile of observing the carving, he noticed how much he resembled the illustration. The determined look in his eyes, the free flowing pony tail and the weaponry. Perhaps this was what he was destined to be? A warrior of his people?

He spent the rest of the night staring at the wall before finally dozing off.

I'll be working on it, though I'm thinking of putting all these chapters in a word document, editing it to high hell, and posting it on deviantArt.
