There's a button on your keyboard called 'Print Scrn _ SysRq'. It should be above the Home, End and Delete keys.
If at any time you want to take a screenshot, press this button and the open Paint. Click Edit, then Paste.
Et voila! Un screenshot! Now all you need to do (if you want to show it to us) is upload it to some webspace.
