I've only had one blue chiclet in my rep window and it was from a new member. It's basically neutral since they don't have any rep-power to swing around.

i was playing fancy pants adventure 2 today and I was wondering how they designed all those running sprites, and then I started to wonder if they only designed a couple but made it so that the program rotated them or something like that, also you can change your color and I was wondering if maybe they just made it so that it changes your hue or something, anyone have some answers? i really don't get it.......
