Zombies are the best villains. They eat people! Can't get any more evil than that, and everytime I say this someone goes, "But -------, it's their instinct!"
And Hitler. Silly French man.
He was in a movie so that counts.

Here's one of the Antagonists from Trailer Park Boys, Cyrus.
Take note that the kid running the counter in the first scene, Jacob, appears in every season, and in season six or seven, becomes largely involved with the boys and goes on to (somewhat creepily) emulate Julian.
Many of my favourite actors are villain actors. Alan Rickman and Pete Postlethwaite foremost for Hans Gruber and Sergeant Obadiah Hakeswill respectively. The latter of which was superb.
Very cliche and bandwagony to say this but Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. Even if I did think a lot of the mannerisms were reminiscent of Jack Nicholson in the Shining.
Also fond of Magneto in the X Men films as he's a villain who believes he's fighting for the right cause, and thinks he's the good guy. I find many of the modern Marvel film villains done in that way have been much more interesting characters- Octavius and Osbourne from the first 2 Spiderman films for instance.
I prefer the Machiavellian bad guy to the big brute villain. Although it helps if they can still rough it up a bit too.
