Yes, you can kill only about 280, but you only need to kill 150 to get the Black Ending (That's what I meant by minimum. )
And the cheat is PS only.
You need to kill 150 to get the bad ending, but I thought you needed to kill 270-odd to get the black ending.

:
After reading this, I'm gonna try to kill all 300 muds in AE (with -ddcheat) and post the scoreboard as proof. I've been lacking mental stimulation lately.
Not quite possible. There are two or three Muds that you need to rescue to open doors.

To get the bad ending you need to save less than 150.
To get the black ending you need to kill 150.
Not save is not the same as kill.

Also he said he's going to used ddcheat, it's possible to kill over 300 with it. :P

Indeed they are different, but you can kill 150 and get the good ending just so long as you also rescue the other 150. But I have used your save editor to explore the number before, and it wasn’t until the death toll had reached 270ish that the black ending came up.

And indeed it is possible to kill over 300 Mudokons using ddcheat, but you can’t kill every one of the 300 Mudokons using it for the reason I mentioned.

In the mines, there are 6 modukons that must be saved, and 9 that cannot be killed (Located in the very first secret place, which includes 12(!) Mudokons). There's also one (and only one) secret place that requires Shrykull to access it, blocking another 3 Mudokons from access. In the game ender, you must rescue 2 Mudokons in order to get Shrykull (And that's the only location in the game where you must get the Shrykull), and if you're in a bad-ending condition, there are more 4 Mudokons you can not access.

300-6-9-3-2-4=276 Mudokons that can be killed. If my calculation is correct, I've appearently killed all killable mudokons!

I found this.

Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus Invincibility (Playstation)
To make Abe invincible while playing, press and hold R1 and press Circle, Triangle, Square, X, Down, Down, Down, Circle, Triangle, Square, X.This makes Abe invincible against all enemies, though if you fall/jump from a high ledge you will die. Just slap a Slig and see if you did it right. There is no confirmation sound.

I've been able to port Gameshark cheats from the PS version to the PC version, and I've activated the bulletproof cheat!

Use CheatEngine, TSearch, or any other program that is able to modify memory, and this address:
005C 1BDA

Set it to 1, and you're bulletproof!

They're not The Saviour Of The Mudokons. They're just free mud individual with specific though limited skills.

they do in a way though, they give abe chant rings, without them Abe would never be able to get further in his quest.

Also, like all Mudokons, they’re lazy. They probably go home afterwards and bitch about how much help they have to give Abe.

Red rings are only available by cheats in Exoddus.

So after a while I've worked something out with Cheatengine.

But now I've got a lonley question. Is it possible that the codes are changing with the save file?

So well my intention was to delete the first post but maybe a mod could put this both posts together. =)

Who wants can download a little cheatengine-file for Abe's Exoddus.

http://rapidshare.com/files/24735369...engine.CT.html

You can get bulletproofness (godlike-mode), endless inventorys (grenades, stones, meat, bones, whatever) and endless farting in especially zones where you can drink the soulstorm brew.

I hope your will like it but be carefull the game could crash down at some points if you use this cheats.

MOD EDIT: Merged as requested.

So well in the end I've make a little tutorial how to use this cheatengine-file.

I hope you have fun with it. =)
