The quality of images, gameplay, memory and story.

Oddworld Adventures had Abe start out as a native Mudokon, and It was all about saving the Sacred Paramites and it was in black and white and 2D.

Oddworld Adventures II never went into the mines or the Brewery, and the game pretty much revolved around Necrum. This game was in colour but also 2D.

Munch's Oddysee is about the Evenworst Weiners Co. and Abe and Munch must work together to shut down the evil Glukkon facility and restore clean air to the Mudokon village near by. The game was mostly in 2.5D, but some levels did appear in 3D.

Edit: Methinks this is in the wrong forum.

You're lucky I don't negetive rep. you for saying that
And you too GlacierDragon

I actually enjoy the games for the hand held consoles. Okay they're not as original or as well thought out, or even as much effort goes into them, but they are still an enjoyable play.

okay okay,i may have been a little too-strong on my quote there
infact,i have'nt even played them!
its just that what iv seen of them i think they dont live up to the quality of the original games.they look, well, cheap in a way.i know people have their own point of views, and i dont want to offend anyone, but i just think they dont look like they have the high standard from the old ones.

MO for the GBA is definately cheap (the sound of a Slog dying is the same sound used for the death of a Scrab) but Oddworld Adventures is not.

The quality just isn't the same...

I tried to play those games, but I simply could not... I found them boring, and the story felt wrong.

I loved them, think I even posted that in a thread here a very long time ago. But I enjoy Oddworld Adventures 1, 2, and Munch's Oddysee for GBA very much. I'm pretty alone with this opinion but I found them fun, they had awesome sound effects, music and graphics. Not strictly of Oddworld quality, but I enjoyed these a lot. plus I'm partial to some chiptune

If Oddworld Adventures is about Paramites, why does Abe go to Scrabania and RuptureFarms?

I don’t have the game, but I imagine he would have to go to RuptureFarms to free the Paramites from the meat grinders. I don’t think Scrabania or Scrabs appeared in the game.

My apologies. Oddworld Universe is not lying. I have never played the first Oddworld Adventures game, I just gathered that information from websites I have read. It seems I did not read Oddworld Universe.

It says that Abe goes to Scrabania in Oddworld Adventures in Oddworld Universe.

Is Oddworld Universe getting vandalized? I looked in an Oddworld Adventures walkthrough, and they only have Paramonian Temple.

Doubtful. Peter (the bloke who made Oddworld Universe) probably just made a mistake. We all do it.
