No, I know a much better one. It's incredible.
A window washer was found dead on the street in front of a skyscraper in NY, NY. Sounds normal, no? Wrong.
It turns out that the window washer was the son of an elderly couple that was constantly bickering and fighting. The son, having lived with them until he was 18, knew that whenever his father ould get agravated enough,he would pull down the shotgun he hung on the wall of their apartment in a skyscraper and point it at his mother. So, as he saw it, his mother was source of all the grief and tension in the family. He loaded the shotgun while on a visit to them when they weren't looking, so hopefully the mother would get shot and die.
He then left, went to his job, and called his mother on her cell phone. He told her an elaborate story that made it look as if his father had done something horrible. So, she hangs up, and gets in a huge fight with the guy's dad, and, sure enough, he pulls the shotgun down. He aims it at the guy's mom, and the gun accidently goes off, misses his wife, and goes out the window.
Later, during an autopsy of the window washer's body, a bullet was found.
It turns out that the son had been tying the knot of the thing that he boosts himself up and down of while calling his mother, and didn't really pay attention. The knot slipped, and the son was thrown off, right in front of the window where his parents lived as the gun went off. The bullet hit him in the chest.
The case was closed as a suicide, and neither the mother or the father were charged.
I dunno if that's an urban legend or not, but it's pretty incredible if true.
