I think Steel and Caesar is the very same, Stranger's Maid.

It's just a different version in other countries.

Dont wanna be rude but drangonball is not manga.
Manga and anime are basicly the the same thing exept manga is on paper while anime is on screen.

Actually, Dragonball Is Manga. It is Anime as well, but if you go to a book store and search in the "graphic novels/ manga" section, you can find volume upon volume of Dragonballs. (that didn't sound right.)
