Stuck In MO

I'm in the loading docks and I can't get the mudockens to pull the lever. Can anyone help me?

We've had other people have this problem. What I did was took all the muds far away (out of the range of "All O' Ya") and then took all the muds I needed to pull the levers to the levers and told them to work repeatedly. But I've been told that doesn't always work Sorry If I'm not totally helpful...
