The FINALIE!
Chapter 19: A final blow
Slaga did a rough sigh. Gertian and all the sligs were pointing their guns at Slaga. "C'mon! Don't have all day!" Yelled Gertian. Slaga looked straight at Gertian. "Gertian. I'm tired of you, so I think it's time to have a final battle. Right here, right now." He said. The mudokkon shepard (who was really Molluk) lifted his staff and tried to attack Slaga. But Gertian grabbed his staff and stopped him. "This is just between me and him." Said Gertian.
Slaga and Gertian slowly walked up to eachother, staring face to face. All of a sudden, they ran towards each other. Both of them started to punch eachother nonstop. The sligs, mudokkons, and Molluk stood there watching them fight.
Finally, Gertian pinned Slaga to the ground, and took his gun out. "Your faith in the gods is low Slaga, they don't love you. TIME TO DIE!!!!" He yelled. All of a sudden, Slaga had a quick flashback of his childhood and working at Gertian's Brew. He could hear saying back then like, "shoot it! Shoot it! Shoot it! Nice one, boss! You are different from other sligs. TIME TO DIE!!!! Stay alive, for we will meet again."
Shockingly, Slaga had punched Gertian right in the middle of his chest. He flew in the air. "AHHHH! WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!?" Gertian boweled. He fell to the ground on his back. Slaga could hear a cracking noise. All of Oddworld was silent. Suddenly, the sligs screamed and then ran off. Slaga grabbed the blue fire that fell to the gound "You can't control me Gertian." Said Slaga, "I'm going up there, and getting my gift!" "I can't believe you!" Yelled Molluk, "you peacemaker. You'll pay for this one day!" Then, Molluk just dissapeared.
Chapter 20: The gift
All of the mudokkons follow Slaga up the hill. He was holding the blue fire nice and bravely. Once he got to the top, he still saw the temple. He walked up to the past torchholder. "This is it." Slaga wispered. He put the stick in the holder. He felt a light around him. In a flash, he was fourteen.
"Horray for Slaga!" Said some familiar voices. Slaga thought it was some mudokkons at first, but then realized all of them were quiet. Three lights stood around him. There he saw Philip, Yerus, Skaihera. The mudokkons gasped and then bowed down to them. "I can't believe it Slaga, you finally did it!" Said Philip in large excitement. "Yes, truly he is worthy!" Said Yerus. "What are you guys talking about?" Asked Slaga in his new, young voice. "There is one last thing we must add before the full gift is completed." Replied Skaihera.
All of them chanted some ritural. After a few seconds, a lightning bolt came on Slaga. It didn't hurt, and he also couldn't feel it. Philip went to Slaga's right side, and raised his right arm. "All hail Slaga! God of freedom and liberty!" Yelled Philip. Then, the mudokkons repeated the phrase. "Do you guys really mean it?!" Asked Slaga. All of them nodded. "This is a dream come ture. Thank you!" "Don't thank us." Said Yerus, "thank your dignity, strength, and courage to keep going." "But what about the mudokkon shep-I mean Molluk?" Asked Slaga. Philip did a small laugh. "I don't think we will be worrying about him for a while." Replied Philip.
"Slaga." Said Yerus. "Yes?" "Gertian has one last request." Slaga sighed. He ran down the mountain and then laid next to Gertian's body. "What do you want?" Asked Slaga. "S-s-s-slaga." Said Gertian, "I don't need to be in this world a-a-anymore. P-p-p-please, k-k-k-kill, m-me. I no l-l-l-longer belong." Slaga looked at Gertian, then picked up his gun. He aimed it right at his heart. He pulled the trigger. Now, Gertian was dead. "Coutesy of me." Said Slaga. He ran back up the hill to meet with the gods and goddess.
"Come Slaga. It's time we go check you in with the goddess of Oddworld." Ordered Skaihera. "Yeah!!" Exclaimed Slaga. In a flash of light, the gods and goddess disapeared.
Yes, Slaga had completed his quest. He had been in quite in peace, comfort, and harmony in the kingdom of Odd-heaven. All Oddworldians and I are happy that Slaga has found a place, which is of course, where he belonged.
Be prepared for the third installment to 'The life of Slaga' which is called "The wrath of Molluk."
