Well, normally a Centaur-like creature would have their genitalia on the back legs- like a horse or deer.

That's thrue, but stranger has his legs a lot lower then a horse or a deer. His legs start at the point where his body ends. Compared to other creatures it's about there where his... Nevermind there are no other steef around so it doesn't matter...
