Cheats

While Oddworld Inhabitants are not too keen on cheats being released so early, there are those that want to use them almost instantly. This thread, in the Spoiler Forum, will allow those who want to cheat, to be able to cheat. So if anyone comes across any cheats, post them in here, and have them verified by members with the game.

Make stranger invincible

Level Select
Start a new game and enter the following Player Name:

©@®&

That's Copyright Symbol, followed by "@", followed by Registered Symbol, followed by "&".

When you start the game you'll get a level select menu.

Thanks for the cheats Alcar but I think the thread Cheat featuring Stranger has the actual cheats in it. I think there's also one in the general discussion topic.

I haven't seen the one in General Discussion, but if there is, it should definetely be in the Spoiler Forum. As for the Cheat! Episode thread already in the Spoiler Forum, that is for discussion of the Cheat! show which aired a Stranger's Wrath show.

This is a thread seperate to all to just discuss cheats, not to mention that I've just added another cheat

Fair enough, I only just noticed the level select cheat then, once you had said that you posted a new one. When will you use the cheats?

Well, once I get my hands on it, I'll leave it until I've played through the game at least once. More than likely I'll create a specific save file to be used just for mucking about with cheats.

i always make an extra savegame to have just fun with cheat ,
i dont use them for finishing the game

I never look at the cheats until I beat it once at least. Well It is going to be hard to come up with a spoiler thread now most of it will be common knowledge soon. Ah well I am still dancing from getting my game and DVD!

Thats what i normally do and thank you Alcar for posting that level select cheat, i wanted to go to that first level after Stranger got de-pantsed

Likewise I use cheat's after finishing a game using them straight make's the game too easy I mean what's the point of spending 60-70 euro's 0r 50-60 quid(respectivley) on a game when your'e just gonna skip to the end ? it's like buying a video and fast forwarding it to the end!
