If all of last years Movies opened at the same time, which one would get the #1 Spot?

Well I voted for Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. But only just. This movie has been what 7, 8 years in the making? There are a lot of Terminator fans out there so they might have got it to number one. Sure it's no Star Wars, but it still has a big fan following.

I thought about The Matrix Reloaded, too. There was that much hype about that movie. More so than Lord of the Rings.

Well, I thought about which one I would see if all those movies where playing at the same time, and I chose...

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

I used to have a hard time picking my favorite movie, because there were so many good ones to choose from. Though, after the LOTR trilogy came out, it's very easy to say that my favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I just get the chills watching them.

I vote ROTK. By far the best picture in the longest amount of time. LOTR has also come up there just about finally topping the original Star Wars movies, and the Empire Strikes Back. I'll probably see ROTK again with some friends next week.

My second choice would be T3 (I really like this one too) and the Matrix Reloaded.

I haven't yet seen Return of the King, but I shall be doing so in a couple of days while I'm having a break. Anyway, I voted for Matrix: Revolutions.

Finding Nemo is the best.
Finding Nemo was a good movie. I went and saw it with the family when it was released. I must say, Dory is the character I enjoyed the most. Her happy-go-lucky, bright and cheerful attitude is one you can get along with nicely.

POTC, I enjoyed it very much, and actually rank it higher than ROTK and the matrix films

LOTR may have come in the top spot, but POTC deserves more glory. Johnny Depp was goddamn amazing in that movie.

I POTC is a good film and deserves praise. But I think the acting alone in ROTK was so good. I think Sean Astin should win best supporting actor. Also, I doubt that they will give ROTK everything even though it should win so many things at the oscars, Elijah Wood deserves something. His acting along with everyone else made the film feel real.

I definately am hoping for it to win Best Picture, Best Director, Best supporting actor, Best score, and a whole bunch of other things.

I have to choose Pirates of the Caribbean, because it has a brill story line and a brill cast. My second fav has to to Anger management 'coz Adam sandler is just so damn funny, and next to Jack Nicholson it just tops the film off. Then my third choice has to be Bruce Almighty 'coz, like Adam Sandler, he is just so damn funny.

*fingers crossed* The Academy really neads to recognize PJ and his team this year for all their amazing efforts in making these movies. Awarding ROTK with Best Director and Best Picture would honor the entire trilogy, and finally give PJ's team the respect they deserve. I mean, these movies have made cinimatic history that's never going to be forgotten. I can't really say that about Mystic River or Cold Mountain. Best Score, Best SFX...ROTK deserves these titles.

Anyway, my top 3 list out of the list Wolfpac came up with are:

#1: ROTK
#2: POTC
#3: Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is being put into that other category for its type of film. I forgot the actual name of the category, but it will take it out from the running for best picture definately.

Im sure LOTR fans will go crazy if it finally doesnt get its much deserved recognition after all this time.

Best Musical or Comedy is the category I believe.

That could be it but I heard something about a category they made last year for animated movies specifically for movies of this type, so that they could still win an award and get recognition but still allow other films and epics such as LOTR to get its much deserved recognition.

That's a good idea. The Nominations Announcement is on January 27th. We'll find out if they do that then.

Well if ROTK was able to do well at the critics choice awards, theres no doubt in my mind that it will will take the Oscars by storm.
