I discovered what an Anesthesia Bot was. And there's a new Vykkers Lab website by Oddworld Inhabitants, but you've probably read that in another topic, since it's just above. But anyway, it's at www.vykkerslabs.com.

Why does it have the name "Anesthesia Bot" ?
I don't see any conexion with these bot and the name...
It's more a killing, shooting and zapping bot

I heard the Anesthesia Bot being called a snoozer in one screen shot...they might be robots with snuzis. All I know is they seem to always be in Vykker labs...
