Idea for new game

How about a new oddworld game that is based on an industrial story but from the point of view of a glukkon or a slig.
One game could be a glukkons rise to glukstar status but through resource management.
Another game could be that you're a scrub and you get tired of the way you've been treated and so a secret resistance is formed to bring down industrial sites from the inside and then escape.
What do you think.

Actually I did think the Scrub idea was a repeated idea, but I think that a game from an industrialists point of view would be good because you could choose an industry like Rupture farms, Soulstorm brewery or Splinterz and then set up business and compete for profits. It could be online where you compete against other people and buy them out or sabotage their works. I would choose to run a slig barracks and when someone puts the squeeze on me then I'll trash their industry with an army of sligs.

This should be made official as a game to feature an industrialists point of view. The number of possibilities are huge in a game like this especially if its online.

I think OWI are going to try and take advantage of Xbox Live, but I think theyre probably going to use HoO for that, as it seems like the type of game that would be used for huge multiplayer games all over the world. I like this idea, but I dont think OWI would pick up on it, for the sake of legalalities.

Well at one time Oddworld was going to have a game (actually a mini game) from an industrialists point of view. Im sure most of you remember Sligstorm about an Albino Slig that was constantly regected into a social structure by other Sligs, etc.

prejudice is the fact that you juge someone on his apparences or origins..

exemple: think all frenchmens are stupid

in this case the albino is rejected only because he looks different

Still, even though it was the first thing that popped into your mind, it was a pretty amusing choice. You could have just said something like, "I dont like him because everyone else doesnt", but hey, it made me laugh.

Think of the possibilities with the Xbox and Live. Oddworld could be a massive place on an epic scale. Oddworld could just make one game and then leave stories and sub-plots and additions to the world online for people to download. I think everyone who has an Xbox will get Live eventually.

It would be good with Live but if I were OWI I wouldn't let fans make the games, 1. It would wreck the story lines and 2. Its just wrong.
