i think its really gay that u gotta have broadband to get xbox online. ps2 u can have dial up but wut u think about this?

Well I have DSL/Broadband, but Im not getting Xbox live until next year when Halo 2 comes out. But in another thought would you rather be having crystal clear game play with broadband, or playing Halo 2 with it lagging like some online networks do sometimes.

SO Freakin Odd, I know your intentions are to help out jacob, and any others who are offended, but I have to say this as I did for Disgruntled Intern about a complaint that came on him also. People have their rights here, and arent to be completely bossed around, if you are offended by his comment please ignore it, or address it in a PM to MC, or another if someone else says something you dislike. I know this is a small issue so Im sure it will be eventually solved. Both of you are good members, so I trust this will not be a persistant problem.

And to add to the discussion again, I would just like to say once I get xbox live with Halo 2 next year, anyone else who has Xbox and xbox live, all of us should play Halo 2 and the other games together.

see I have xbox live. I was a beta tester for it. My opinon of why it is so good is that it never lags since everyone has broadband unlike the ps2 online where it lags all the time due to people with dial up connections. Also xbox live has a communicator, you can have your own gamertag so it will be easy to find the same people you played with before. And you have a friends list in where you can add friends to it. And to top it all off they have the best servers since it is Microsoft. And all of these features are not availablt for either the ps2 or gamecube's online service. So this makes xbox live the best next gen console online service
