Hey i noticed on your site has some pics, yeah well i have seen these pics before in sinjins walkthrough. Well i dunno but i think you have to give some sort of recognition of the site those pics belonged to....

yeah, i will do all of that, i am doing it at the moment! What sites do i have to do it for?? All of them??? it will take a while then!!
I create a new page on all the sites i got pics off!

I remember getting an email when i was working on one of my other sites saying if i dont take this pic off i will be charged....yeesh

Yeah, some sites get really nasty with that kind of thing. I usually like to give credit or ask permission (I emailed Oddworld before starting my site to see if I could use images, etc). But to threaten to charge someone is pretty tough. It would be different if you had a site that was making money, or you were linking to his server for the image... but for a fan site, I think it's unfair. He could have just emailed and requested a link, and if you didn't do it, maybe then threaten to charge you.

Hmmm... maybe I should do that with the site that ripped off some of my content/words!!!

Although I saw an Xbox site using an exclusive image that we had for an OddChat ages and ages ago.
