o.k. i know that crawling sligs are the lowest and that bigbros are the highest where do the rest fit in. like the flying slig adn the news caster adn the magnum slig.

Actually I don't think the BigBros are the highest, just the highest we've seen. For the rest, I think we know that crawling sligs are the lowest, then normal, flying, and Magnum. And we don't know much about the Newscaster.

- Crawling Slig
- Slig Worker
- Slig Clubber
- Slig Gunsel
- Flying Slig
- BigBro Slig

I believe there are sub levels of each of these... like the Magnum Slig would come under the Gunsel section. I have also seen some different sub-levels of Big Bro Sligs on gaming sites.

As for where the Newscaster fits in... not sure.

A friend of mine referred to Flying Sligs as 'Fligs'. I've never heard them referred to as this anywhere else, is this like an official nickname or just one he made up? If it IS official, I'm pretty sure it's from the AE manual for PSX because he's not seriously into Oddworld.

That Slig to the far left is just a Magnum Slig, the third lowest of Slig Statuses. That Slig can just afford to have a fancier mask and a smarter gun, that's all.

The Magnum Slig is the third-lowest in walking Slig statuses. I should have mentioned that.

Walking Sligs go, from lowest to highest status:
Baton Slig (carries a baton)
Shotgun Slig (carries a shotgun)
Magnum Slig (carries a magnum gun)
Big Whammy Slig (just can't guess what he carries)

Than there's the BigBro Sligs, which has more statuses, but I don't know them. As for where the Newcaster and Operator go, I know not, either. And who's this conductor?
Then there's the musicians, shepherdesses, personal assistants etc. to take into account.

And don't worry, all that's been publicly released.

What is a clubber slig? I have never seen on heard of this.... not on oddworld.com or in any oddworld game. ony the stupid normal ones and the flying ones. Abebabe do you know when these clubber slig will be released in a game?

Clubber Sligs will be in Munch's Oddysee, you can see them in both Slig-Toss videos, but most noticable in 'Slig Toss 2'

I think the statuses Max refers to as "Walking Sigs" have been broken down into the Baton and Gunsel Sligs that I mentioned... with the last three being sub-statuses of the Gunsel level.

As for the Slig in a Dress... that is exactly all she is at the moment... nothing has been officially announced on what he/she is... the shepherdess thing is just something someone suggested on the old forums.

Maybe these all come under the "Worker Slig" section.

They use Batons, or truncheons. Sometimes refered to as "nut-crackers"(Nut as in your head). They are small metal clubs often used by policemen as an alternative to guns.
