ABE : By Himself or with Buddies

Do you think Abe is a person who works better by himself or is he better working with a group? Or at least Munch???

I think Abe is better working in a Group. He seems to have good leadership qualities. When he can get his fellow Muds or Munch to work with him, he can get anything done. Now he can work by himself. He showed that time and time again in AO and AE, but he seems to be a good motivator.

Good question, Wolfpac.

I always felt like Abe, like you said, was a leader. He is good when leading his fellow mudokon and has all the qualities needed to get them out of their industrial hell. But when not leading, Abe is also good at being co-dependent with Munch. Never in MO did I get the feeling that Abe was leading Munch or Munch was leading Abe. Though they messed with each other every now and then (giving funny looks, pulling dorsal fins) they still kept a good sense of what they share in common: Niether of them knew really where they were going. This is probably why neither was the leader in the situation. They kept to their own' Abe with the muds, Munch with the fuz. But when it comes to working by himself, Abe is still pretty good. In AO he seemed to feel like he had no hope for the longest and was just running like hell. In AE though, he seemed to have a sense of greater powers working on his side. He start to lighten up when alone.

Abe is good at navigating or is that just you at the controls remember in AE when he told the bling mud to folow him and he ended up killing it because he (forgot) he was blind.
I think he is better on his own.

I think you're right, Matt. Abe seemed to develop his skills in AO, and implemented them more in AE. He's good at getting the muds to listen to him. He has the power of persuasion, which every leader needs.

The muds don't listen to Abe all the time though, like when he tried to warn them about the brew.
A lot of the time you get the feeling that the Muds only follow Abe 'cause they feel like it, they'll sometimes ignore Abe and do whatever they want if they don't like his ideas.
I feel Abe is more a leader on sufferance, at some times he would rather be alone and not have to rescue his people, but he little other choice.

Abe is bettre with some muds to help him. tough the other muds don't have much respect for him but listen to him.

Abe is a good group leader and will be not so much alone
