whats higher than a chronicler?

We probbally don't know it yet but I am woundering what is beyond a chronicler? Could it be the entertainmaent industry of Oddworld? That would be cool. Or could it be something like the government of Oddworld. Somebody who runs every branch of industry. That would make sense since we are going visit the big city of Oddworld in future games. I would like to see a central government on Oddworld that consist of Glukkens, Vykkers, Chroniclers, so forth and so on! That would be great.

I hope that we don't see a central government that tries to control everything. I like the fact that all the different species compete, trying to outdo the others. I think occasional aliances are good, like the Magog Cartel-Vykkers Conglomerate but please no central government.

but we don't know the exact status of Chroniclers yet.

Like it or not I think Paramite Abe is right, we may not like it but I strongly feel there is going to be some sort of central government, including some new species possibly. Although I have to say we both could be really wrong it all depends on what really happens.

there will be no central government i acutally made a post on this. each race is a family ruled by mummy (the queen) and they try outdoe all the others. hence oddworld runs on a feudal system.
oh yeah i think entertainment would rock.

But what if there was this central queen that ran everything and gave birth to the highest class of industrialist creatures? Since they would be the highest class would you consider them "the sort of rulers of Oddworld even with the other industrial families fighting each other?" Kind of like an Oddworld Royal family. But the ultamate industrial family of Oddworld.

Well yea I know that the industrial races were not alweys industrial Im just saying for the current time period. Could there be a royal family in the industrial world?

i read an oddworld designer diary once and it seemed to me that the females of each species ( a.k.a. the queens) were the royals so each race has its own royal family.

That makes much more sense now. Each race has it's own Royal family because Oddworld is such a huge place. I wounder if Molluck was part of the royal family for the glukkens? And then Irwen and Humphery was part of their Royal family of their race The Vykkers.

That does explain what Mollucks status would be (Royal) possibly. So a glockstar would be like just a run of the mill rich man and Molluck is more than a run of the mill rich man. He is Royal and higher than any glukken on Oddworld. If there are other royal glukkens they too would be higher in power than a glockstar. But normal glukkens alweys are gaining to become a glockstar since they can't become something as high as Molluck, which would be a part of the royal family of the glukkens. Oddworld does seem to be like many worlds within one.

only queens are and maybe others members of the family
Molluck is only a worker class Glukkon

plus for Irwin and Humphrey
I know nothing of a royal family since vykkers don't have (officialy) a queen.

The only reason why I would think that is because of the fact that Molluck runs Rupture Farms. And Rupture Farms is no small little factory in which a worker class glukken would run. That is why I think he could be a part of a Royal family. think Prince and of course Maggie is queen. Rupture Farms is almost vast and the places in Munch were small accept Vykkers Labs. So that is why I think that.

molluck could not be royalty because ONLY the females of each species are royalty.
