i know i know i'm making too many of these pointless surveys but i just love getting rateings on my favorite shows so....... here is the next of my wonderful yet pointless suveys

on a rating from 1-10 what would you give AE, AO, and MO

i would give AE a 10 i would give AO 8 and i would give MO a 0 because i still haven't played it yet because i can't affored a god damn XBOX.........ok i'm calm oh well maybe someday i'll win a shopping spree and get the xbox then lol.......i don't think so

Why 100,000? Why not a percentage, which is far more sensible, or a good old-fashioned out-of-ten?

I've always preferred the /10 systems, so I'm going to be perverse and use that.

I'm gonna do it in 1-100.
AE gets a 87.45. a lower score than the rest, but only because it was SO FRIGGIN HARD!
AO gets a 97.24 because of it's ingenuity and majour improvements upon gamespeak
and MO, from what I've seen so far, gets a 99.50 because of it's beautiful gameplay and the most compelling story yet.

AE isn't hard. It is much easier than AO because you can use "quick save" and you don't have to do anything again if you die and you have quick saved the game..
I found AO very hard wen I played it after AE cause you don't have "quick save" and you have to play some parts over and over again if you've done something wrong.

Improvements..? AO was the first game. If you got confused with them then I understand your point.. You meant AO was hard? Well AE can be as well..

Euh.. forgot to give the points So.. I haven't played MO yet so dunno.

I love them both, AO and AE. CAn't really say wich one is better. Well, I think I prefer AO. Because it's the original.. And you've got these cool native muds and the whistle systems..

But in AE there's brew and exploding farts.. and mine car and cool stuff like that. They've both got there sides so..

my personal favorite is Abe's oddysee!

AO: 10/10 Mystical Atmosphere, Dark, Level Design

AE: 10/10 Better Save, and Gamespeak, Adventurous Feel to the whole game

MO: 5/10 No more Dark Mystical Fun Hero of Oddworld Adventure Feeling to game... Spooce makes me sad...:P Abe Jumps is not good...Boucing sound Munch makes when he moves....I do like the gamespeak...and 3D enviornments as well as the CG...and the funny comments some of the mudokons make..

AE - 8/10 because there's not much new there apart from some new characters and obviously mudokon emotions. it's basically the same game, actually right now I'm thinking 2/10 cos I'm so bored of it already
MO - I don't know and being a PC owner looks like I never will

wow i thought MO would do better then that. and i thought i was one of very few of you that has never played MO. thats somthin to think about before i try to save my money for 3 years.

on another note. i came so close to giving MO a real rating tonight. one of my friens got the xbox and MO. she finialy invited me over tonight but sadly i couldn't go.

for those of you who gave MO a high rating i have a question for you.

is MO really that good? or shouldn't i bother with it for now? should i just let it go until they anouce that it is comin out on pc (which i doubt) or should i save for 3 years to get the xbox?

Yes, MO is that good and you're missing out on a lot, but if you can't afford an Xbox and can't obtain one for your birthday, I suggest you play it at your friend's house and get all your satisfaction there, because it is damn certain a pc version will never be released (although last time I checked it was still being evaluated by OWI). I personally belive AO is the best game and will never be beaten, but MO is worth the effort too.

Abe's Oddysee was the sort of 'ancient and mystical' converted to 'dark and gloomy' kind of game. Abe also seemed more determined and less clumbsy to me; not counting the ending of Stockyards Escape.

Going out on a limb here, but my vote:

AO- can't really say, have still not gotten to play it all, but I found it online for $15 and will be here in a cople days (me excited)

AE- GREAT! 9.0 - was fun, great story, and nice and challenging.

MO - BEAUTIFUL! 7.5 - was somewhat disappointed it was not longer, and some things were left out- but even though I've beaten it now 4 times, I'm sill playing and still loving it.
